Home was beautiful but they charged for a small towel and cup. Make sure to count everything which is very tedious to do. Also one of the bedrooms has mold and they didn’t do anything about it and we couldn’t use it. Additionally the mosquitoes were everywhere- bring lots of repellent

We charged you for 4 missing face towels—not a small one—and we found them in the bathroom trash, completely unusable (you know exactly what I mean). You should make sure of the people you bring with you. You came to Las Terrenas during a difficult time, with heavy rainfall. It’s impossible to schedule pest control while it’s raining.
As for the mold issue, you didn’t report it until the last day, using it as an excuse not to pay the remaining charges at check-out. We even have a signed document from you stating that everything was perfect until we issued the charges. Our staff spent over half an hour because you refused to pay.
The villa was very comfortable and fit our family needs. The beach across the street was great for our grandchildren for swimming and snorkeling. Even our 6 year old granddaughter was able to enjoy swimming in the calm water. Francheska was great at answering all our questions with prompt responses. Any problem that happened at the house during our stay was quickly addressed. We really enjoyed the chef services of Jeffrey and his catering company, Foodvery. Jeffrey treated us to fabulous breakfasts and dinners that reflected the local fare. He and his brother were professional and friendly. We really enjoyed their food and company! Only downside to this residence was that the street in front of the house was very busy. Once at the beautiful beach, though, this was not so much a factor.
