Our townhome is beach front and bodacious! With gulf views, a heated pool, private parking, wifi, three 65 inch TV's, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, three private patio areas and comfortable sleeping for up to six adults, you won't want to leave! Literally steps to the beach and includes beach gear. No need for a car! Take the free trolley or the free monkey bus or walk one block to restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. We have you covered! Our condo is smoke and pet free.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty ice bin and place bar in up position.
Sign out of all streaming services from all televisions.
Leave linens on the beds. Our cleaning service will remove.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• To confirm your reservation, a rental application must be completed and sent to us. This is required by our HOA. We email you the application.
