Tiny house!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty tired little home. All the basics, plus parking. But....bathroom needs lots of work. Toilet struggled to flush. No rugs. No coffee table. Kitchen was well appointed.

Birthday Sister Trip

We very much enjoyed our stay in Seaside this trip! Our cottage was so close to the town center so being able to walk everywhere was perfect. Everyone we encountered was super nice & friendly which makes a vacation that much better! Our mini dachshunds got to tag along with us & they had a great time as well! We will be back for sure!!

Great for Couple + Toddler

Just enough space for the three of us- easy walking distance to town center and playground. Screened in porches helped keep little on safe. We brought our own travel toddler bed.

Coronavirus

It was perfect. Just had to leave early due to the Coronavirus so out a lot of money for no beach while there - and having to stay inside and leave 1 day early.

I'm sorry we are just responding to this review. We had a challenge with some reviews not flowing into our mainframe system. I'm glad to hear the cottage was perfect and very sorry to hear that you had to vacate a day early. It was our policy throughout Covid to refund guests who were impacted by the closure of the town, beaches, and then the ultimate travel ban. So, I'm not sure what could have happened with your situation. But, please feel free to contact our office to further discuss this issue. We hope to welcome you back to Seaside again soon.

Sweet Seaside Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cute cottage is room enough for two! We loved the screened porches! And it is a great location! So close to Central Square and the Beach! The home could use a few extra items, like hangers in the closet (there is only one!) and a few more glasses might be nice as well. But we really enjoyed our stay!
Response from VrboOwner on 22 May 2024
I'm sorry for that you ran into these issues during your stay. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and are actively working to address the issues with the homeowner. We are in the process of a deep clean, pressure washing, as well as a new king bed, and a new queen sleeper sofa as well as other improvements to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable stay. All updates should be live in June 2024.
