Great location, unit is old but had no issues and listing was accurate. Loved walking directly to the beach and having good restaurants directly across the street. Short walk to dog beach and Pier park.

The stay was really good! Some pros: -The price point was perfect.-The place was clean and pest-free.-The walk-in shower and water pressure was amazing. -Cold fridge and a/c.-The pool & hot tub. Some cons:-The center of both mattresses are basically gone.-Not really closet/clothes space.

My husband and dog and myself enjoyed our stay! The shower could use some updating but location is perfect and everyone on site is extremely friendly. Lord willing, we will be back.

Really nice spot, great building rhe unit could use some upgrades especially the small bed, not much room to hang up anything. A bit outdated but conformable and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

Short and Sweet

Condo is very close to Pier Park, and we could see the fireworks from our balcony. It is very clean, and just a few steps from the beach. A great deal for a two night stay with family.

Clean basic condo on beach

Clean affordable small condo right on the beach. Perfect for those who spend most of their time on the beach or enjoying the area. The private dog area was convenient. Yes, you can spend a lot more money and get a large room in a top hotel. But, this place was perfect for us since we only use rooms to sleep when on vacation.

Perfect location

We loved our condo. The view was amazing. There were only two things that we didn't care for. The pool furniture was rusted and needed replaced and we couldn't sit in our balcony because the air conditioning unit was on it and it blew hot air. We will definitely be going back.

Nice place but.....

We have stayed in other units at this location. This studio seemed a bit small for two people and the smaller bed had springs that poked us. Also would have preferred a couch instead of the small hard bed. Not enough seating area.

102 was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our Anniversary. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Dawn who cleans this unit, went the extra mile during our stay. We saw her one morning and she asked if there was anything she could get us for our room and another morning my husband was taking out our trash and she took it from him. These are things that she does not have to do, but was greatly appreciated. We will be back!
