Brand new, 2 story country cottage on a quiet lane, 1 mile from Keeneland and Bluegrass Airport. You’ll love this cottage and the country charm it has to offer. Sleeps 6
Room 1: This room is on the first floor with one queen bed and separate full bath, shared by guests on the first floor.
Room 2: This room is on the second floor with two full sized beds and closet. Separate full bathroom.

All bedrooms have white linens. Bathrooms are stocked with white towels and shower products.

The second floor also has an additional room for extra space.

The kitchen has basic cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric stove, full sized refrigerator/freezer.

Free WiFi for guests, TV with local channels and Firestick.

Keeneland weekend

Perfect for our stay

We were attending the Keeneland horse races for a few days. The location to Keeneland was excellent. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. Liz was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. We will definitely book this location when we go back to Keeneland.

Keeneland and UK football weekend

All the reviews are accurate. Charming, warm cottage beautifully decorated. Very and cozy, comfy beds and couch. Great location - close to Keeneland and University of Kentucky. Very clean - which is a biggie for us. Host was helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Long Weekend Stay

We stayed here for a long weekend for a short siblings getaway. The cottage was so clean and well stocked. The upstairs was great for a sister sleepover room and our brother slept in the master bedroom downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is also an extra day bed in the bonus room if any spare space is needed. Liz was so helpful and responsive for everything we needed and the checkout process was quick and easy: take out the trash and run the dishwasher. You do park next to the cottage off the road but we had no issues loading and unloading by the door on the lane. We'd stay here again for sure. Thanks for everything!

need some TLC....cob webs everywhere...walked into a couple of them weeds and spider webs all over the entrance...just needs some love. water had been off for a while to the property....owner turned it back on...but it smelled like rotten eggs for a day...

Great Cottage Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and loved the location so close to Keeneland race track. Everything was as advertised. The only downside was parking along the highway but that was minor compared to the overall positive experience.

Overnight for scarefest

We stayed overnight with our teenage boys and they had the whole second floor and they both had so much fun. Beautifully decorated. Clear instructions for the electronics and light switches that was nice. The house is huge inside! We could have brought more people for sure, thank you for your hospitality!

Keeneland Cottage!

Adorable and super clean! The cottage is very close to Keeneland so it was perfect for our little girls getaway. The only thing I would say is that the cottage doesn't have a driveway or outside seating which is a little misleading. The lawn was a overgrown as well. Other than that, it was perfect!

The cute cottage was perfect for our home base doing Bourbon and Craft Beer tastings. It was extremely clean and the layout was exactly what we needed with 1 couple and 2 friends. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the sheep nearby!
