Don't miss this direct Oceanfront view at the beloved Summerhouse 254

This condo has an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. It directly faces the ocean so you are able to see the ocean from your couch. This is a two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that enters on the second floor with the third floor being where the bedrooms are located. There are three large, flat screen TVs. Ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms. All new flooring throughout! King ,two twins and a sleeper sofa. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse has the best location! The unit was clean and the aIr conditioner blew cold air!! The kitchen has many silverware items and plates. They have one of each, needed cooking item. They didn’t have paper towels to start. There were a number of bulbs burned-out: all of the guest room, one working in main BR, 2 out in bath and one out in kitchen!! There were 2 spare bulbs in pantry. The cleaning crew should catch this, not the guest.

Very soothing color choices and in excellent condition. The location is perfect - close to a pool and beach access. The view was amazing. Thank you so very much!

Great View/Maintenance Needed

The “Contactless Check In” was not as described, as the door was locked. So we had to call and someone had to come let us in. The first thing we noticed was the upstairs bathroom floor was full of water. Called the office, they sent someone who stated they would be back the next day with a part to repair the leaking toilet. 3 days later we had to call again as it was now leaking through the first floor ceiling and nothing had been done. The leak was from the wax ring meaning this was waste water leaking that we were walking on. The office originally tried to send out a plumber the following day, until we complained again and they repaired it that day (day 3). All of the light bulbs were burned out in the master bedroom and the master closet. Half of the lights above the dining room table were burned out. And although the ocean view was great from the master bedroom, the pull for the blinds was broken, so the rising sun woke us up at 6:30am every day. Complex, pools and view were great, but this unit needs to be better maintained.
