Great place

Nice spot in the heart of downtown w killer river views. Very clean and stocked kitchen. We we’re surprised how large the rooms and space was.

Exceeded Expectations

The photo gallery did no justice to just how nice this place was. No really, based on the photos I was expecting a dated condo with 30 year old furniture. The condo was perfect, providing everything you would need and the view was spectacular! The condo includes a parking pass to a local parking deck which is just 1-2 blocks from the condo. I will most certainly being booking here again!

Nice Place but Make Sure You Get Your Deposit and Taxes Back

Nice place on the river and good value. However, there were questionable payment issues with the proprietor. The security deposit was not returned without multiple attempts to contact. In addition, the 13% tax was collected on the security deposit and not returned with the deposit.

No check-out procedures were followed upon checkout, resulting in more work for the housekeepers. We attempted to call and notify them of the issue guest wouldn't respond. Held deposit to offset the cost. Owners beware of this guest.
