Lovely Stay

We arrived by private transfer which was arranged by Coel (property owner) We were met by Muhammet on arrival and showed us the villa and was on call for any concerns we had. We had a couple of issues with power but was sorted out quickly by Muhammet. The villa was well equipped and had a welcome pack on arrival. The villa was lovely. Its been renovated since the pictures on VRBO. The views from the property are stunning. I can't find anything negative about our stay. Thankyou Coel for letting us stay

Just fantastic, on every front. From the outset, and throughout, communication was quick and easy with Coel. The villa itself is just perfect - with uninterrupted views of both bays, and importantly on a flat road (if you have been to Kalkan you'll know what I mean). Being high up gives a nice cooling breeze, and time to watch swallows zipping about. The pool is huge, with a separate hot tub, with acres of space to lounge in (and some good shady parts when needed). Of the 4 villas we have stayed in here, this is hands down the best by a long chalk. Oh, its also super quiet.We will be back!

Attention rip off! BAD EXPERIENCE!

My wife and I visited this villa. We made direct contact with the supplier of Mr. Coel. We paid through this website. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with the provider! The villa was moldy in the living area and the windows were all very dirty. The worst was that we often had power outages and therefore no water and electricity all day. When we contacted the provider, he was rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately we had to stay an extra day because of the flight. We also paid extra for this day via an online transfer. Mr. Coel claims he never received the money even though there is evidence of it! At the same time, our deposit was not paid back to us! We will take legal action against this and do not recommend this villa to any reader! There are many other beautiful villas with better service and cheaper! Better stay away from this provider! Greetings from Germany

Lovely villa, magnificent viiews!

Great villa and location! Fantastic pool and loads to do in the area plus delicious food and watersports activities close by. Also really easy and cheap to get taxis into town centre if you don’t want to drive. We will be back!

Stunning view.

Lovely villa with an absolutely stunning view that you would be hard pushed to find elsewhere. A little further from the centre of Kalkan than we are used to , but was worth it just for the amazing location. Two routes take you into town, both about a 15 minute stroll down hill, passing restaurants on the way. After a lazy day by the pool we found it quite nice to stretch our legs! A taxi is essential on the way home as the climb is steep - but taxi's are very cheap so not a problem. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Villa Calico and would not hesitate to book again when we return to Kalkan.

A luxury villa with a million dollar view!

The villa was exactly like the pictures, muhammet was very gracious to greet us at such a late hour after a delayed flight! He even supplied some breakfast food. The place was super clean and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely rent this again but for longer 😊
