Great week at the beach

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was well stocked and clean. It was a short walk to the beach. The master bed seemed to be a bit older and was not very comfortable. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Perfect Beach Stay

We chose this property because of the location - close to the beach, to my Del Mar relatives, and to downtown Del Mar. The house was perfect for us, with just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice outdoor area in back and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing location

This VRBO made me fall in love with Del Mar. wonderful location. Clean. Lots of space for two families to visit. Kitchen is fully stocked. Was great that they had coffee there for us as well. Only negative was no bath mats. Loved the beach chairs they had for us to use as well.

Family vacation.

The property location is great. The property manager was very responsive. However the house really needs some TLC. There were several items broken and the backyard turf smelled like dog urine.

Thanks for allowing us to be your host. As you are aware, the broken item noted in this Review was a cracked Pipe on the exterior of the home. We were notified of the issue at 8pm, we had it turned off, and repaired by 8am the next Morning (Which was a Sat) We never want to disrupt our guests, but issues can arise at a home, we do our best to correct these issues ASAP and issued you a partial refund for the inconvenience.. We did not smell any dog urine in the back yard, when you told us at your departure, but again we brought in Turf Cleaner and had it done as we would with any suggestions. Thanks again for allowing us to be your host.

Mt family stayed here for a wedding at L'auberge. Very close. Nice walk to beach.
