With respect to your comments on cleanliness, at the time of our conversation, the unit had been professionally cleaned after the previous occupant and then was vacant for two months. If you had notified us immediately we would have sent the cleaners to refresh and address any deficiencies. As you had already cleaned to your satisfaction we refunded you an amount $350.
