You can't find a better location for fun and excitement than this! Located in the heart of Soulard historic district (very similar to the French Quarter of New Orleans but smaller & safer). Catch a shuttle to/from many of the bars to Busch Stadium for a Cardinals Baseball game or Enterprise Center for a Blues Hockey game. In addition to the convenient location, enjoy the spacious great room, fully stocked kitchen, three bathrooms, and the large bedrooms. A perfect stay for your family or group!
Over 2000 square feet with an open floor plan and lots of space for you to spread out! This historic home was a complete rehab, and brings in all the modern day amenities and plush furnishings. You're right in the middle of everything Soulard has to offer....just steps to the closest restaurants, shops, and bars. Only a short distance from the historic Soulard Farmers Market, downtown St. Louis, and the St. Louis Arch.
Exposed brick walls and our signature purple painted walls invite you into this home as you enter in the foyer space. You’ll notice our New Orleans meets St. Louis decor throughout the first floor as you enter into the great room.
Common space, downstairs: You’ll love the large living room with lots of seating, and a 60" 4K TV with Direct TV. Yes, it really is as big as it looks in the photos! One of the couches is a queen size sofa sleeper couch, in case you need the extra bed. Additionally, there is a regular couch and a couple cozy chairs. Perfect for lounging around before you hit the town! Hardwood floors, plush area rugs, and modern decor give the place a feeling of home.
The Kitchen is completely open to the living room making it great for large gatherings. It also offers a kitchen table with seating for 6. The kitchen is also fully equipped to make your favorite gourmet meal! We have breakfast snacks available for you in the kitchen.
A half bathroom is centrally located on the main floor right next to the laundry room. Guests have full access to the laundry room on the first floor. We have included some tide pods that you’re welcome to use if you do laundry.
Bedrooms, upstairs: All three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home. In the back of the home, you’ll find the Master Bedroom suite which has its own large bathroom. Bedroom #2 is in the middle and Bedroom #3 is facing the front window. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms have both a shower and tub.
All three rooms are spacious and simply decorated with a splash of bold color. Get ready for that home away from home feeling in our comfy beds. We are all about the details, and you won’t be disappointed with the rooms.

Our host was most accommodating. We were running early and he had the property ready for an early check in. The location of the property was super convenient, right in the heart of Soulard, a quick walk to several good restaurants.
We loved it here! Beautiful part of the city, so many old churches, businesses and restaurants nearby. Wonderful open living space for a weekend filled with family games and movies. Jeff is great to talk to about planning. Will definitely visit here again.
We had a good stay. Very clean and plenty of space for all of us. Parking in back car port was awesome and kept my car off the street. Kitchen was great having. Host was amazing and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely choose this place again.

We loved our stay in Soulard! Diverse neighborhood with great restaurants in walking distance and easy access to downtown. Great rental with everything needed for a long weekend stay. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, easy check in process and Jeff was very easy to communicate with. No issues during our stay, would highly recommend! Really appreciated the off street/secure parking as well!

This home is absolutely perfect for a long weekend stay in St. Louis! The location in Soulard was ideal, with popular bars, restaurants, and the farmers market all within a five-minute walk. I will definitely be booking this home again in the future!
Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. It was spacious, great bathrooms and the bedrooms were a great size. Nice neighborhood too. Having our own 2car garage was wonderful and the backyard was nice too. We would definitely stay here again.
This is located right in Soulard and has easy access to so many great restaurants and bars. We did a tour of the Anheuser-Busch plant and this was also easy walking distance to that as well. It was also just a short drive or Lyft into Downtown. The owner was very easy to work with, and the condo itself was nice and exactly as advertised in the listing. The neighborhood guide with personal recommendations from the owner was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!
The home was nice overall, needed a little cleaning of the carpet, but fantastic location! This neighborhood is just amazing! I would say that the bed in the master bedroom squeaks terribly every time you move, but again, for a few days it was just fine. The owner/agent was very easy to deal with and we would absolutely stay here again too!

We loved our stay in Soulard. The layout was great for a family of 4. The place was clean and the location was perfect..we walked to restaurants, pizza place, coffee shops and world class BBQ just down the street. Gateway Arch and Busch stadium are a short drive away. Jeff responded quickly to our questions and he provided great recommendations. Each night we spent a half hour catching up on the Olympic highlights on the big screen TV. We would definitely stay here again.
Off street covered parking in Soulard? Yes, please.
Fantastic. We had up to nine people. We were able to sit and visit comfortably, eat at a table together and were comfortable sleeping. The neighborhood had charm and great walkability. Amazing host! The longest it ever took for a response was two or three minutes. Highly, highly recommend.
Perfect location in Soulard which is making a revival. Lots of bars, restaurants, and Soulard Market within walking distance. Easy Uber to downtown events. The home is spacious and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. Some minor repairs needed, but more than offset by the back courtyard and protected (free) parking. Had an issue with being charged both security deposit and a required insurance protection which I had to call to cancel.
Would definitely stay again next time in town.

The place was located close to everything we needed. Great coffee shop around the corner, restaurants and large indoor market close. There is a very loud bar directly across the street that is open Th, F & Sat - bring earplugs. There is very little traffic on the street.The place was lovely, but there was hair in one of the showers and a couple of the comforters were a bit shabby. Beds were quite comfortable.There is an large outdoor space off of the kitchen with a good sized table and lots of chairs, but only a few of the over head light strings had bulbs that worked. However, we would stay here again.

I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed our Soulard historic entertainment district with everything it has to offer. I'm sorry about the noise issue, I'm wondering if maybe one of the bedroom windows was left slightly open by a previous guest allowing extra noise in. I will also check to make sure the sound machine we provide is still in this double twin bedroom. Thanks for letting me know about the courtyard cafe lights and bedding. Replacement bulbs and new bedding has been ordered after reading about this. We would be happy to have you and your guest back anytime!
Great property truly in the heart of Soulard. Open concept first floor gave us plenty of room to spread out when taking a break from exploring the neighborhood. They provide everything you need. Our group is a big fan of dive bars. Henry’s was a great place to start and end our days celebrating the bachelorette. It’s literally right out the front door. Lots of other bars and restaurants within blocks. We didn’t have time to try them all. This house is a place you can come to and park the car until you leave. Everything is walking distance. We will be back.
