The space
This 2-story luxury home sleeps up to 14 guests and is set up especially well for multi-family stays, friend groups, and retreats. The layout includes 4 king ensuite bedrooms plus a queen bunk room with 4 built-in queen beds, giving large groups an unusually strong mix of private suites and shared fun.

The main living space is built for gathering, with a wraparound sectional, gas fireplace, dual TVs, and a dining setup with seating for 14. The gourmet kitchen is equipped for real group cooking with double ovens, gas range, ample fridge space, Keurig, and 3 dishwashers. There’s also a play nook nearby, plus a Pack-n-Play and high chair for guests traveling with little ones.

Downstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, including king ensuites with patio access and a standout queen bunk room that’s ideal for kids, cousins, or multiple families sharing the home. There’s also a dedicated office with multiple screens for docking, making this a strong choice for executive retreats, remote work, or extended stays.

Upstairs, there are 2 more king ensuites, a loft with 2 daybeds, and a full entertainment zone with a pool table, wet bar, dishwasher, fridge, ice maker, magnetic Scrabble board, full bath, and a theater room with a 110” projection screen. You’ll also find 5 Xboxes throughout the home.

Outdoor living
After a day exploring Sunriver and Caldera Springs, come home to soak in the hot tub, grill in the outdoor kitchen, watch the game on the patio TV, or gather around the firepit under the stars. The garage also includes bikes and a ping pong table for even more all-ages fun.

Caldera access
This home includes 7 rental cards for access to select Caldera Springs amenities, including the Quarry Pool & Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes throughout Caldera, paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts, and the basketball court. Please note that some Caldera amenities are not included for guests, including the Forest House pool/facility and the 9-hole golf course.

Good to know
This is a no-pets, no-smoking home with self check-in. One important note for summer stays: the home has single-zone air conditioning, so upstairs may run warmer than downstairs, sometimes by 10 degrees or more.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
