1880's Antique House in East Hampton!
This East Hampton cottage is conveniently located only 1 mile to Main Street and 2 miles to Main Beach. This 1800s farm house is possibly one of the most charming homes on the market. Classic cottage features throughout, including wainscoting, wide pine floors and original doors. Three bedrooms, two new bathrooms, solar heated pool, central air/heat. The huge kitchen / dining room is flooded with light and is truly the heart of the home, featuring stainless steel viking appliances, a large kitchen island, cozy banquette and a big antique farm table and sliding doors that open to lush backyard with a pool and brick patio. Cozy living room features wood burning fireplace with fantastic reclaimed wood mantle and high-end furnishings. Delightful bedrooms with plush new linens. Simply oozes with style, character and comfort.
The pool is open May 1-October 15.
4 Bikes and helmets provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Summer 2022 is now open for bookings! Min. stay during this period for July and August is 2 weeks. Book early, the house is usually full in February for the summer months!
