New 5-bedroom house, 260 m², in a quiet, private location, ideally situated between the beach and the village. <br>The beach is a 200-meter walk away, and the La Couarde market and all its shops are also 200 metres away. <br>The 850 m² lot is completely enclosed by a wall, and the house is set back from the street, making it very quiet. Parking is available in front of the house’s entrance or in the private driveway leading to the front courtyard.<br>Heated pool (June through September) with a covered outdoor living and dining area.<br>Fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine.<br>5 bedrooms, including 3 with 160-cm beds, one bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together), and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). 4 bathrooms.<br>TV room with a flat-screen TV adjacent to the living room.
