The PIQUECOS house boasts a large, south-facing garden of approximately 750m² and a lovely terrace to maximise sunshine while being sheltered from the wind and prying eyes. With its six themed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, this house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. The kitchen opens onto a dining room in the style of an orangery. You will appreciate the room's high ceilings. A large, comfortable living room with one area facing the fireplace and another dedicated to music and television will offer you pleasant moments whatever the season. Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access is provided. The PIQUECOS house allows you to enjoy a pleasant, fully fenced 750m² garden. Just a few steps from the house, you will discover a landscaped and green courtyard terrace. This extends into a large 12-meter heated swimming pool, inviting you to cool off. We opted for a pool that is both long and deep, with a shallow end at 2.2 metres. On the shallow end, a staircase with steps spanning the entire width allows children to stand while adults can stand at the edge of the pool partially submerged. A roller shutter provides both safety and helps retain some precious heat during cooler periods. Sun loungers enhance the pool deck. The pool deck and courtyard were created using antique leaf screens from Provence. FERMOB garden furniture and a beautiful red Weber barbecue decorate the pool area and add a touch of style to the property. Children are not forgotten, with a charming rocking horse.
