Enjoy all the comforts of home with large flat-screen TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms, modern appliances in the kitchen, and cozy bedding to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun.

The 1st floor features an open-concept entertaining space: the living area with a sleeper sofa and the dining area with seating for 6. Don't forget about the chef-friendly kitchen .. it is stocked and ready for you to create some amazing meals. Also on this main floor you'll find the laundry room and a convenient half bath. The 2nd level is where you will find the main bedroom with a king bed and private porch, and another bedroom with 2 full beds and a large walk-in closet. The 3rd floor tower room boasts a comfy queen bed, a wet bar, and another private porch with stunning Gulf views. All bedrooms have attached private bathrooms.

With great dining options just across the street, and fun shopping destinations within walking distance, you’ll find this vacation home a most convenient and comfortable vacation getaway.

* Beach set-up of 4 chairs/2 umbrellas is provided: Mar. 1 - Oct. 31 (weather permitting).
* Saturday to Saturday rental in season.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Reviewer Comments: Pros:Clean throughout; well stocked kitchen; very comfortable beds; excellent location; responsive management; beach perks; cleaning tools and vacuum available.Cons:Could use a bit of TLC: Carpet from first to second floor needs a good cleaning; trim around regularly used doors could use a scrub; a couple broken items we noted from previous year still broken; street noise can be a bit intrusive at times for the street side bedrooms.

Who would build a house like that in Florida? :( So the upper floor is warm, the middle floor good (where the thermostat is), and the bottom floor warm where all the heat comes in with open doors, cooking, etc.

Beach Getaway

Checkin process was very easy. The property was as advertised. It was very clean and maintained. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat meals in. It was a very short walk to the beach and there was an outdoor shower as well.

Bad First Start, Great Ending.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is nice, but it needs two AC units and had some plumbing issues. The downstairs was freezing cold, but upstairs (2nd & 3rd floors) were hot. Proximity to the beach and parking were GREAT!! House had some plumbing issues. The downstairs toilet would bubble every time someone upstairs flushed a toilet and one night we had to plunge the downstairs toilet to make kitchen sink drain (we just happened to be plunging it at the time and when it was clear, the sink cleared). 3rd floor fridge didn’t work, and toilet ran unless you manually pulled the handle up. The extra fan in the room also didn’t work and the ceiling fan was loose and noisy. Dishes in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use them. The water pressure was pretty bad, and even worse with multiple showering at once, but it was great at the outdoor shower used for rinsing sand. I called the property mgmt company upon arrival about the toilet running...they sent someone right away, but the girl on the phone was a little miffed and said “we were just there”...my thoughts exactly! Why didn’t you fix it?!

Better Than Expected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moon Glow is a charming house that is only a few steps (and stairs) from the beach. The house was very comfortable for our small family, and the walk to the beach was manageable with two very small children. I also appreciated the chair service and the beach (and baby) gear credit. The only suggestions I would make is to replace the white deck chairs and please include a few things people don't want to have to buy or pack and last forever like coffee filters and salt and pepper.

We loved staying at Moon Glow. The location on 30a and beach access is great. The gated community is nice because the kids can play and don’t have to worry about too much traffic.

Location! Location! Location!

The house was clean and nice but the best part was its location. It was so close to the beach we could come and go as we pleased. We loved that the beach chairs were set up and waiting everyday. No need to find a spot or lug chairs to the beach. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. A great spot on a beautiful beach.

Nice place for families. Average furniture but we didn’t have to worry about children messing up couches or tables. 3rd floor bed/bath small , only 2 adults in that room, no child. Other 2 bedrooms had LARGE closets. The pool in pictures is NOT the pool for this community. EASY walk to beach!!!!
