You won't find any better views across 30A than at BeachCrest. 404 can comfortably sleep 6 guests in its 2 bedrooms, and with new flooring throughout, the condo feels fresh and inviting. This 4th-floor retreat is sure to become a vacation favorite!

The kitchen has everything needed to prepare home cooked meals and you can even enjoy the Gulf views while you pack up beach snacks or divvy up some takeout from one of Seagrove's amazing restaurants.

Both bedrooms have TVs with cable and the the guest bedroom and living room have DVD players. Your entertainment options are covered for movie nights or if a rainstorm puts a damper on your beach day.

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, balcony access. Private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, TV. Easy access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
*The sofa in the living area pulls out into a queen-sized bed.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Reviewer Comments: This condo in in the perfect location to enjoy a quiet beach trip but also close enough to Seaside to walk and a short drive to anything else you would want to do while on 30A. The condo is a bit dated but very clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I would suggest a smart tv for the living area so that a guest could log into their Netflix etc. accounts. Benchmark management was very responsive to emails and texts which was wonderful.We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella set up when we got to the beach each day.

The bacon, eggs, and pancakes burned due to the quality of the pans. Be prepared to do laundry multiple times just to have towels and washcloths for each day.

Great Weekend

Great weekend. Got to enjoy all that 30A has to offer. Only suggestion is have more than two rolls of toilet paper in the room and provide some basic amenities like the coffee set ups you get in hotels so that if people get in late and can’t get to a store, they can have a cup of coffee at the start of the next day before there off to the races.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time to stay at Beachcrest. The location is wonderful however, the unit I stayed in showed it age. The ice maker didn't work the entire visit -after reporting it on day 2. Paint on the baseboards were chipped and dirty. Master bath toilet paper holder had been replaced but sheetrock not painted. The balcony provides a wonderful view but the furniture is very uncomfortable. A lounge chair option would be nice. From the parking lot the property appeared to be 1/3 full however, the mgmt. would not allow a 3RD vehicle to be on property and my friend has to park alongside 30A.

Regarding the parking situation, the rules set by the HOA allow for two parking spaces per rental unit. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, as the other units in the building are owned by various individuals who are each allotted their own spaces. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the balcony furniture, and we will certainly take them into consideration for future upgrades. Spring Break Getaway

I was able to enjoy this unit with two girlfriends for a short getaway. The unit, location, and beach chairs were just what we needed. Only thing we wished we had were more towels and some that were newer. We only had three and they were pretty thin.

Outdated, but great location

Excellent location, great management company. The unit needs updating. The TVs were a nightmare to run with all universal remotes & incorrect written instructions. Only two very small towels were provided in both bathrooms so take your own. No basic spices were provided (ie salt & pepper). I do encourage people to drop off any unopened, unused food at Food for Thought in Santa Rosa Beach.

Dirty Room

The location of this unit is fantastic. The beach, unit, building , etc were all great but we arrived to the dirtiest condo I have ever experienced after years of renting condos in the area. Food crumbs were on the floor, the dishes had to be recleaned, hair all over the bathroom, and generally the condo was dirty. We messaged management and they did offer to reclean, but after a long day of travel this was not a realistic offer nor how we wanted to start our vacation. Unfortunately, the AC went out our last day and we understand that systems can fail but it did make the last day over 80 degrees in the unit.

Family vacation

It was a great location and perfect for the family. Steps away from the beach. Easy to take a break from playing at the beach and able to walk back to the room and have snacks and head back to the beach. So we didn't have to cart everything down.
