The well-appointed kitchen is modern and updated with its blue-glass tile backsplash matching the colors of the Gulf views. Both king bedrooms share 1 luxurious bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower. If you need to sleep 2 more, the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Amazing Beach Fun

The Condo was perfect, facing the beach/ocean, patio with full view of beach, and comfortable bed. The private beach with chair and umbrella set up was Wonderful! We enjoyed our first time in the area and plan to return.

Great Beach Trip Beach Crest Condo

Great location and nice accommodations directly on the beach. Conveniently located in the central part of 30A with several small towns just to the East and West. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for our young family

This condo was exactly as listed. We needed two bedrooms right on the beach (we have two toddlers and did not want to lug all our stuff across 30A). The condo was a nice size for two adults/ 2 kids and clean.

Fantastic stay at the 30A

This was a great stay. It's hard to go wrong at such an idyllic location but I was so happy with our place and I don't have ANY complaints (except we ran out of toilet paper and there was very little soap and no shampoo provided). The decor has been updated since the pictures and it looks much better than in the pictures. I will definitely be back.

Best location

This condo area is center to Alys Beach area and Seaside which makes it the perfect location to stay. Check in and out was super easy! The private beach with chair service is hands down the way to go. No fuss especially with a toddler! We had a great time hanging out on the beach or in the pool, which was still heated and I was so thankful for that! The view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and dolphin watching. It wasn’t good for sunrise/sunset for the time of year we came but wasn’t disappointed in that at all it was still beautiful. The management group was so quick to respond to questions and to let me know when our room was ready for check in. We will definitely be back again!

Great location

Cute place if you want to be right on the beach and close to Seaside & Rosemary Beach. Check in is pretty strict at 4pm on the nose which is fine but the unit should be spotless. It wasn't. The floors had sand on them which no one cleaned up. Dishes were dirty, linen had stains on them and some pretty uptight neighbors. Again, great location but not the best in term on being clean.

On the beach - has complimentary beach chair service

With 3 young kids, this was the best place for us to have a fabulous beach vaca. It was right on the beach, private beach access and complimentary beach chairs (first come first serve) with a pool on the beach side, our kids had the best time bouncing from pool to beach. We love the bike paths and biked to dinners, and explored each day the towns of Watercolor and Seaside. We used our credits we got with this rental for beach bikes for the adults with a kid seat and even a helmet for our 2 yr old. (We brought our 7 and 5 yr olds bikes with us). The condo itself was decorated very well and the beds were so comfortable, we enjoyed the views of the gulf from the living room and the master bedrooms and sat out there with coffee or cocktails and I even got to spy on my family crab hunting or at the pool/beach while the baby napped. We will be back for sure!

Hidden Gem

This is a lovely hidden gem.We will definitely stay at this location again but would choose a diff unit due to only having 1 bathroom. Pros: Cute decorations, good WiFi, Private beach, beach service, Quiet, Location, Clean (for the most part), good mgmt communication. The condo was decorated very beachy. Well stocked. A/C worked well. Fridge worked well. The beach was lovely and not crowded. Cons: Older property that needs some updating, only 1 bathroom in unit* (yes we knew this going in), small pool. TVs were confusing. Having chair service was wonderful, but I still had to get up at 7am to go out and “save my seat”. *Although we knew about this unit only having one bathroom, I assumed there was a shared sink, but there was not so if you are traveling with more than two people having one bathroom is a huge inconvenience when you have to share a sink as well. We made it work and the next time we choose this property we will make sure to get a unit with two bathrooms. Other minor inconveniences include the coffee maker not being programmable; the dishwasher not working correctly which required me to turn on and off the circuit breaker to reset. Biggest complaint that needs addressing- the dryer ruined some of our shirts because the drum seal was worn & the clothing got stuck under the seal as the dryer rotated which left rust/burn streaks all over our clothes.

Love the beach not the noise

Reviewer Comments: We usually take our 5th wheel to Florida but decided we wanted to be beach front this visit. The condo itself was very nice it had all the essentials for our visit. We did have a couple of issues the freezer had a slight smell of seafood but it lessen over the days. Also we had problems figuring out the microwave (there many different ones). But the most disturbing part and nothing the owners could do about it was the noise from someone doing renovations in a condo above us. They outside of the condominium was also undergoing repair work also. It was extremely loud. I did complain to Benchmark but was told there was nothing they could or would do about the noise. I would stay here again it is on a beautiful beach. And I also understand this time of year is when most repairs are done but was annoying.
