Located on the 3rd floor, this 1-bedroom condo has sleek features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a king-sized bed. The cool colored wall palette will draw you straight to the private balcony overlooking the sparking emerald waters of the Gulf. Have a little fun in the sun, get sand between your toes, and enjoy what beachfront living is all about!

Located in Seagrove Beach in an quiet community of Eastern Lake, you'll feel tucked away but rest assured you'll be minutes away from all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options that 30A has to offer. Enjoy exploring all the unique beach communities of South Walton. With miles and miles of bike trails and nature trails, it's easy to see why so many people fall in love with 30A.

Your stay at Leeward I Unit 8 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect location and beautiful view. The condo was clean but very tired. It is time for a make over. Could use a paint job and update. Kitchen cabinet doors falling off with broken hinges and a few cabinet doors painted a different color. Kitchen ware is random and could all be replaced. Furniture is dated and could stand to be updated. Bed was comfortable. Management company was responsive and fine. I wouldn’t stay again. I would pick one of the other units in this building by seaside beachfront condos.com. Over all great location just not this unit.

Beautiful view and perfect location for us. Unobstructed view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed opportunities to go to and from our condo/beach. Perfect for 2 ppl. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen service also good for 2ppl. No table. You eat at the breakfast bar. Would go back if just us two, not more. Very nicely kept and perfect for a quick deep dive into beach beauty coming from busy city life. Thank you.

Only minor complaint would be the WiFi situation and the lack of being able to watch local tv channels. The WiFi seemed to work better when we were on the beach as opposed to the condo. Minor complaints for sure and it would not prevent us from booking again.

The property was on the beach. The porch was very narrow - barely enough room for a chair. Due to the other two condo on either side, the view is only straight forward. So you can’t see the sunrise or sunset without going to the beach. It was a cute condo for two people. Good location. Didn’t have any chairs or umbrella. Had to pay the beach company 50 per day. Other condos next to me had it included.

Beautiful view …great private beach

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

Perfect Location

I highly recommend the location of this condo right on the beach! We were able to walk right out and enjoy the beach. I reserved and rented beach chairs and an umbrella for the week as these are not included with the condo. In my opinion, this condo needs some TLC and updating, such as the bathroom, sofa and rug in living room definitely need replaced. There are no privacy drapes or blinds in the living area windows and sliding door. We did not let this interfere with our stay but for the price, I will look for a more updated condo in this area in the future.

From the deck to the beach it could not have been more perfect. Probably time for a new bed, but we slept very well regardless.

Great place

The place is great but if you do have any issue I would hate to try and get in touch with property management. The Internet went down when we were there, called and just got a VM. Left and never heard back. I would hate to see what would happen if I was locked out or the key didn't work. The Internet speed is max 4mbps so like dial up speed.

We totally enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach is a bonus. The only thing we would suggest is a new mattress in this unit. There are two sunken areas where people sleep. Definitely needs an upgrade. Thanks, S.B.
