Beach breezes! White sand between your toes! Peaceful, family atmosphere. Fun, casual, ground-floor condo updated with bright, beach colors, Enjoy Tempur-Pedic beds, and so much more at 714.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes 2 full beds and easy access to the shared hallway bath. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to a queen bed if needed. Gather at the dining table for an amazing meal or family game night. Grab a spot on the patio to enjoy some fresh air and Florida sunshine.

Beach Access:
If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service March – October (please call us for specific dates).

Beachside Villas:
Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great place for our girls trip!

This place was the perfect size and location for our girls trip. The condo was clean and the golf cart service down to the beach access was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic!

Our family of 4 so enjoyed our stay. We loved the short walk to the beach and our favorite coffee shop, Beachy Bean. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We will come again! Highly recommend.

Great property, with a couple of annoyances

This was a great place, nicely maintained and with good amenities. For me, however, it was a bit spoiled by loud and rude guests... drunk, shouting obscenities at 1:00 am outside, etc. despite the rules asking for quiet after hours. My only other frustration was the beach access, which is pretty far in actuality, despite the listing implying "steps from the beach" or a "four minute walk". There is access to a private beach, it's just off limits for guests.

July 4th week

Apartment was fair at best. Filthy pull out sofa with stains should be professionally cleaned or replaced for what this unit rents for. There were pretzels and crumbs inside when sofa was pulled out to sleep in and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly prior to our stay. Photos of back porch view were deceiving as there is now a privacy fence directly behind the back patio that blocks the view of anything whatsoever. Loved the area. Loved the beach and fireworks displays!

Nice but management not responsive

The place was nice and we enjoyed it. The public beach is a bit of a walk, but there is a golf cart shuttle during the day. Management was not responsive to concerns we had, but they were very quick to charge me for stuff. There are wrist bands for the shuttle and DON'T FORGET to leave them all of they WILL charge you $25 each. They dinged me on that. I had a security concern that they did not address. I called 2x and never received a phone call about it until after we god home. Every single window in the place was UNLOCKED when we got there. My girls brought it to my attention in one bedroom and I checked them all. All windows looked locked but none were. I fixed it. Check the windows if you go there. I do not believe that they have taken this concern seriously. The deadbolt on the front door is also a concern. There is only the electronic lock with no other manual way to lock. I've been in a hotel room where another guest was given a card key to my room on accident. The manual lock saved an accidental intrusion. This place has no way to mitigate that. They said this would be up to the owners, but the way the window thing was dealt with, I don't think they gave this any real thought either.

Nice Place for Relaxing Time

Close to beach and serviced by cart operator to private beach was provided. The private beach outlet drop-off was at inlet to the lake which was unappealing and a good 200 yard from ocean. A few improvements - Instructions should be provided as to the walkway to the closes beach. Sounds crazy but the area for Beachside Vilas was only 35'wide at this area. Information was not clear. Some kid monitoring chairs sought to enforce it and told us where we could set. It seems the courts are battling are over who can own beaches to waterline. The condo was skimpy on TP and trash bags for our ten days stay. TV station instructions were not provided. Dish washer operation instructions should be provided as we had to call go it to operate. This could be super place with a few details attended to.
