Beachside Villas 713 is a pet-friendly, corner, first-floor 2-bedroom condo located in the Beachside Villas community in Seagrove, just south of 30A and only a short walk to the Gulf. Accommodating up to six guests, this condo offers extra privacy from its corner location while placing you close to the beach and the charming coastal towns that make this area so special.

Spend your mornings walking to the sugar-white sand and Gulf waters with your furry companion, biking along the scenic 30A path, or visiting nearby Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach for dining and shopping. Fresh seafood restaurants, local cafés, and coastal boutiques are all just minutes away, giving you plenty of ways to enjoy the area like a local.

Your Space
Inside, the living area features a comfortable sofa and TV, creating a welcoming place to gather after time at the beach. The open layout flows naturally into the kitchen, making it easy to cook, relax, and plan your next outing together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, three bar stools for casual dining, and modern appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoying a relaxed meal at the condo, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a convenient shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features two queen beds with a TV and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo, providing a comfortable setup for families or friends traveling together. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the hallway, making it easy to refresh beach towels and clothing during your stay.

Step outside to your private patio, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. For outdoor meals, a community BBQ grill located just in front of the condo makes cooking simple and enjoyable after a full day along the coast.

Beach Access
If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to the beach access at the end of San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk from the condo. This beautiful 2+ acre stretch of beach allows guests to enjoy both the Gulf and nearby Eastern Lake and is the recommended beach access for guests staying at Beachside Villas.

For added convenience, Beachside Villas provides seasonal golf cart transportation to and from this beach access from March through October (please call for specific dates).

An initial Benchmark amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
