Perfect vacation spot! Waterfront property - located on a canal leading to Little Lagoon. In the heart of Gulf Shores - 3 blocks to Gulf Shores main public beach and The Hangout. Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit B. See listing #1876887 for side A.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 1 smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, canal front.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Nice location dirty property

Floors were filthy including food and wrappers under the bed, socks, bare feet, even towels were black after being on the floor for a short period of time. Living room furniture was sticky with food in between cushions. Only two rolls of toilet paper. Bent/broken doors, broken toilet seat, and broken chair on the front porch.Overall appearance of property was unkept.

Wonderful place, great host

I was in Gulf Shores with some friends for the annual shrimp festival. The locations is perfect. The place was very clean. Kitchen had every utensil and cookware you could need. The washer and dryer were very handy. Furniture of good quality and sturdy. Beds comfortable. The screened in deck off the master bedroom was a great bonus and I enjoyed sitting out there with my morning coffee. The host was very responsive to any inquiries and problems. There was a problem with the bathtub drain and she had someone out there to fix it ASAP. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great enough room for everyone the only thing I would do is update some like painting the rooms and have the house cleaners clean a little better when we arrived the floors was dirty and the furniture other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and will be going back. 😊😊

Wedding stay

We were there for a wedding, the location was great! It was easy to find and very quiet/peaceful area. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms and living room were ample size and comfortable. I would 100% rent again, we had covered parking underneath or use as an outdoor space. It looks exactly as shown in pictures. The porches were so nice to sit out and enjoy also. Definitely worth the price, it was less expensive that any hotel and way more spacious for our family of six.

Gulf Shores Trip

This was a great location for our stay. We really liked the duplex. Nicely furnished and equipped and a quiet street. Convenient to be able to prepare a few of our meals here. Check in/access was very easy. Loved the deck overlooking the canal. One thing that was somewhat inconvenient was king sheets on the queen bed. They didn't stay tucked and there was excess fitted sheet that bunched up.

Great property and owner

This is a very nice property and a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive with all of my questions and very quick and easy when I had to make a few last minute changes. The property was really easy to get to and in short distance to local food and shops. The check in and check out procedures was easy and quick. The only thing that was an issue was there is not a tv in two of the bedrooms and the kids was a disappointed in that, but they watched Netflix on their phone. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly reccomend this property and the owner. One of the best things was the unit beside us was another softball team that was playing in the same tournament!!!!
