Located in the quaint coastal community, Sandy Shores in Seacrest Beach; "As Good As it Gets" is situated in a prime location, with easy access to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. This six-bedroom, five-bathroom beach view bungalow can accommodate up to 14 guests with ease, including three master suites with private access to separate balconies. Offering an effortless 1-minute walk to the beach, where complimentary beach set up awaits, and a private, heated saltwater pool, "As Good as it Gets", is the most enchanting 30A experience yet.

Kick-off the party on the pool deck! You'll soak up the Summer sun poolside at "As Good as it Gets", equipped with loungers, gas grill, dining for eight, and a heated, saltwater pool; or take the party beach side where six beach chair and three umbrellas await, daily. 

Settle into luxury when you arrive at "As good as it Gets", with a spacious, open main living area decorated in beach-chic furnishings and polished finishes, it's easy to feel right at home. Whip up a gourmet meal in the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, then savor that meal with the people you love at the dining table with seating for eight, additional seating for three can be found at the over-sized island. After dinner curl up on the living room sofa with your favorite people and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.  A guest bedroom can also be found on the first floor, furnished with a queen-size bed and offering private access to the shared bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination. 

Get the rest and relaxation you deserve in the first master suite, located on the second floor, furnished with a king-size bed and featuring an ensuite with a walk-in shower; or sip your favorite cocktail on the private balcony as the sun sets over the Gulf.  The kids are sure to have sweet dreams in the second-floor bunk room, furnished with two twin over full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, or the second-floor guest bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, both sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with an additional tub/shower combination. 

Sleep-in late, in one of the two third floor master suites, both furnished with king-size beds and providing private access to the third floor shared balcony. You'll wash all your worries away in the master ensuites, one featuring a walk-in shower and the other equipped with a jetted bathtub and glass-enclosed shower.

3) 6 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, a waiver must be signed and received before the code provided.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
