Pet policy:
Friendly small dogs welcome. Max 2 pets. Small dogs under 35lbs only.

Up to two dogs only on a case-by-case basis with a standard $50 pet fee per pet. Exclusions apply. It’s important to know that our property is NOT fenced and best suited for those pet owners who plan to take their dogs with them on most outings and crate them when left unattended. Separate Pet Policy details will be communicated once approval is requested. Aggressive dogs, large breeds, and other animals can not be accommodated.
Rules:
You must review the rental agreement prior to booking.
Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM.
Self check-in with keypad; code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM.
No smoking, parties, or events.
Parking is for two vehicles only.
-We do not permit guests or vehicles not on the reservation. If you plan to have a friend visit, please get our permission in advance.
-Please acknowledge that you must be able to climb a few stairs up to the front porch and door.
-Please follow the posted fireplace and house rules.
-Upon check-out, please turn off all lights/fans, take bagged trash to the dumpster at the property entrance, and wash dishes.
