Master bdrm with walk-in tiled shower and cathedral ceiling. Central AC. Pets must be pre-approved (breed, age, size).

This place was perfect for us, my boys appreciated having their own rooms, the cul-de-sac was quiet with friendly neighbors. I loved the great kitchen, BBQ, backyard and living spaces. Close to everything! I would love to stay here again.

This property is beautiful and exactly what you would expect from the photos. Very spacious and well appointed. The sitting areas are very comfortable for sitting and visiting. The beds are super comfortable. The backyard is rustic and woodsy and a nice place for morning coffee.nEverything you need is provided and Dennis is very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Place

The house is wonderful. Large rooms and large back yard. I have to wonder if it gets rented much as everything seemed to be very dusty. The windows need to be cleaned and the hall bathroom upstairs wasn't very clean but otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Thank you for your concern about my vacancy rate. Rest assured the property rents easily and often. Indeed it is popular. I don't know what 4* hotels you are used to; but this is not a sterile hotel. It is a home, and like my home, windows are not cleaned every week nor is it dusted every 3 days. Bend is a desert environment. Nonetheless I thank you for your careful, thorough inspection. It sounds like we are doing quite well if that is all that was below 4* hotel standards. Thanks again and enjoy getting back to your normal 4* hotel accommodations.

A very pleasant get away for family

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for four nights in Bend, Oregon. House was on a cul-de-sac which was so pleasant and quiet. The house is lovely in a wooded setting. Interior very inviting with three comfy sitting rooms, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms for multiple guests, spacious kitchen with all the utensils needed. We loved looking at all the art on the walls and trying out the many styles of chairs. Nothing complicated about check in or check out with the handbook of instructions and online information before we arrived. We barely saw the neighbors. Guests would need to be able to climb two flights of stairs. A couple of shelves of books for all interests. We stayed in summer and the AC worked great. A short drive from Fred Meyers, Deschutes River Trail, eateries and other points of interest. A great place to return to after a busy day.

Nice Bend Bungalow

This house was very comfortable and close to town as well as the Deschutes River. Since our stay was over the hottest days of the year, the AC was incredibly helpful. One frustration was the spotty WiFi, and although it didn’t improve during the stay, the owner was easy to reach and offered a suggestion to try and fix the issue.
