The apartment is located in the residential centre of Annecy, a 5-minute walk from the old town and the SNCF train station and a 10-minute walk from the lake.

The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size).
The living room opens onto the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay. (sheets & towels)
Wifi Broadband available at the apartment.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.

The apartment is located on Avenue Lucien Boschetti, a fairly busy avenue during the day but whose location makes it easier to travel on foot throughout your stay.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Impeccable

Appartement qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements, la déco, le confort, l'emplacement à 5 minutes de la vieille ville, le parking privé et le standing de la résidence. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grace à tout cela. Il est vrai que c'est bruyant mais ce désagrément est largement compensé par toutes les qualités citées plus haut. Nous le recommandons et nous le relouerons si nous revenons à Annecy! Christian

Super service!

Appartement super propre et fonctionnel. Seul bémol le bruit de la rue très fréquentée par le trafic routier. Le double vitrage compense beaucoup cela dit.

Très bel appartement à Annecy avec toutes les fonctionnalités. L'appartement donne sur un boulevard donc c'est parfois un peu bruyant mais sinon tout était parfait !

Très Bel appartement AVEC GARAGE👍 MAIS TRÈS BRUYANT

Très bien équipé, cafetière filtre à prévoir. Dommage qu’il soit placé sur une avenue avec beaucoup de circulation☹️ Impossible d’utiliser le balcon dûs aux bruits incessants de la circulation. La climatisation serait peut-être nécessaire car l’ouverture de la porte fenêtre et la fenêtre de la chambre doivent rester fermer à cause du bruits. 😀Le côté très positif : 👉 Le garage donc pas de soucis pour se garer. 👉 La Proximité de tout.

Juillet 2020. Appartement très bruyant

Appartement neuf bien équipé avec garage, placé près de la vieille ville et du lac mais au bord d'un boulevard avec circulation incessante. Balcon inutilisable à cause du bruit. Impossible de s'entendre parler. La chambre donne aussi sur la rue. Donc très bruyant même fenêtre fermée. Nous avons été très déçus. Trop cher au regard de ces désagréments

Appt neuf mais

C'est la conciergerie du lac qui gère l'appartement. Je ferai la même constatation que M. Franck B. Appartement neuf mais situé au dessus d'une avenue très bruyante, balcon difficilement utilisable du au bruit des véhicules, nous avons signalé à la conciergerie qu'internet ne fonctionnait pas, que la plaque de cuisson était difficilement utilisable, un technicien est venu dans la semaine dépanner la plaque. La conciergerie nous a mis à disposition une borne 4G pour internet. J'ai trouvé un peu léger pour une conciergerie la mise à dispo de l'appt, ils auraient pu vérifier avant l'été et dépanner. C'est une conciergerie ou non ?? Sinon appt très agréable, la vielle ville est vraiment à 3mn à pieds et pas de soucis de parking pour la voiture.

Très bien situé mais attention au bruit

Agréable appartement, propre et très bien situé (3mn à pied de l'entrée de la vieille ville). La vaisselle et les appareils ménagers sont neufs avec toutefois quelques difficultés pour allumer la plaque de cuisson. Belle terrasse que nous n'avons malheureusement pas utilisé en raison du bruit de la circulation. Les + : Situation - Garage dans la résidence. Les - : Le bruit engendré par la circulation importante de l'avenue - Pas d'accès internet pendant notre séjour.
