Located just a 10-minute walk from city centre and a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Lake Annecy, our apartment enjoys a prime location. You’re also just 45 km from Geneva’s famous water jet, making it easy to enjoy a day trip.

Ski enthusiasts will be delighted to discover that the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand are just 32 km away, while Megève is 61 km away. For a relaxing day, head to the QC Terme Spa and Resort in Chamonix, located 90 km away. Hikers will enjoy the stunning Col de la Forclaz, just 20 km away.

Our 60 m² apartment has been completely renovated to offer optimal comfort. It features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a minibar, a modern bathroom with a Japanese-style toilet, a washing machine, two balconies, and a private parking space. A cot (for ages 0–3) is also available upon request only.

Très propre et très beau … il y a seulement eu un petit accrochage à l’arrivée où il ma demander de payer en cash mais tout c’est bien déroulée par la suite .
