A Gated Community with Three Bedrooms (Two KING BEDS) with 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath and a 3 minute walk to the beach. With Counter top seating and a complete Dining Area. Private Balcony with Views of a beautifully landscaped pool area with a Hot Tub. The kitchen has all of the utensils, Pot and pans, and Baking pans you need to cook any meal. Master with KING, guest with queen, third bedroom with KING and a single bed, Laundry room. Linens and Bedspreads are Washed and Bleached for Each Stay every time. The pool and hot tub are steps away. The elevator is close to condo for easy access Easy Wheel Chair accessibility. This condo has WIFI and cable and flat screen televisions in all rooms.

Great property!

We had a great stay for spring break! The place is actually larger than the pictures can portray! The space was fantastic, the beds were fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was central to everything. Having the hot tub and pools was fantastic! And Marsha was so easy to communicate with! Thank you!

Super Cute Place & Fully Stocked

This is a really well stocked unit. I have stayed in plenty and of places at the Brass Rail, and this one s by far the best unit. Great furniture, cute decor, fully stocked. Easy communication with owner.

Great location and communication with Marsha!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brass Rails. Very convenient location to shops and restaurants. We didn't rent a car and most things were walkable. Marsha was a great and attentive host. Travelled with 6 women so having three bathrooms was a plus. We will be back :)

Family getaway

Everyone enjoyed the visit to Tybee and the Savanna area. The condo had everything we could want. It was very well appointed. Marsha was very responsive. Had a super time!!

I grew up in the Savannah Area and going to Tybee Island has been a tradition in my family my whole life. I love the island it has always been my personal Happy Place. I like to keep our property clean like I keep my own home. So when you come to visit it's like your home away from home too, I like to call it southern hospitality.

We like the property being a gated community and secure location. Right in the heart of Tybee Beach. Walking distance to most everything we like to do or dining out.

What makes this property unique

Out of the sun private parking and an Elevator to the 3rd floor where our Condo is located. When inside the condo on the balcony opens up for a centered view of the Pool and Hot tub.
