WATER VIEW HOUSE CLOSE TO LAKE ERIE

The home has great view of Lake Erie. There is a northeast view of water out most of windows in the home. A newly fenced in yard for our furry friends is very helpful. A beautiful partially enclosed covered patio has beautiful view of Lake. Home is close to many local attractions. Niagara Falls and Buffalo and National Comedy Center are 45 min away. Within 10 min drive from Erie wine Trail, Dunkirk Lighthouse, Sunset Beach (swimming)and Marine. Small village beach park ( rocky) few blocks away small boat ramp for Kayaks and small boats. The lake access for swimming and boating is an easy walk of 2 blocks.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If furniture was moved , please move it back to original location. Pick any animal feces outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must wash off all sand before entering unit and tub. Bring own beach towels. Shed and basement are owners private property. Security cameras outside
PET OWNERS NEED TO BRING OWN BLANKETS, TOWELS FOR PETS. NO PETS ON BEDS or FURNITURE. OWNER WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA CLEANING IF PET ON FURNITURE.
Must notify owner if bringing boat or RV. Driveway is small and may not fit. Cannot park or drive on porch past the driveway.
