Very clean and exactly as listed. Host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! Loved that there were pool toys and floats already there. Plenty of space for a large family trip. The game room and Xbox was also a plus for the kids. Will definitely be visiting again!

I did not hear anything else from you regarding the WiFi and have not had any other guest in this villa complain of it. Very nice house about 20(/-) minutes from Disney with fun Star Wars decor (and some fun Harry Potter Easter eggs). Pool and hot tub were very nice, there is a charge for pool/spa heat but it is communicated clearly upfront and is a lower fee than the majority of other houses in the area. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Kitchen had all the essentials, I loaded up some groceries from home and was all set for our stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no major issues that ruined our trip but there were opportunities for improvement that should be noted. Highlights/Positives: The theming, easy access checking in and out, proximity to food and grocery options, and a quiet, safe neighborhood. We spent most of our days out but enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evenings. The kitchen was spacious and worked well for storing our theme-park snacks and drinks.Areas for improvement:- The thermostat never reached a comfortable 68F for us. Lowest I could get was 70F. Common areas were fine, but the bedrooms and bathrooms stayed warm and felt poorly ventilated. We only noticed airflow from the ceiling fan and the complimentary box fan. Cold air was coming through based on the thermostat but very little, more freedom to adjust the temperature would have made our stay better. - Cleanliness did not meet our expectations for a highly rated property. Carpets and the bathroom floor mats in the front-left master felt unclean to the touch, and we found dark spots in hard-to-reach bathroom areas in the shower. Most areas were generally clean around the house but overall it still felt a little grimy in certain spots like in room corners. We also found previous tenants personal items like a sleeping mask behind the nightstand in the front left master. I would give it a 4/5.

Thanks Michael! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the villa for the most part. We are sorry to hear of the issues. The AC system in this villa is top of the line and only about a year old. In the past we kept the thermostats locked and guest would have to ask for changes. We have changed this and unlocked them so guests can adjust however they like, but then we had to set a range on the thermostat. All of our villas in Florida were built with a central air return in the main living area. That means that air does not circulate as well if doors are kept closed all the way at night. Our managers have many different cleaners they use and sometimes a new one might miss things until they are properly trained. If you had messaged me about any of these issues, I have gladly had my managers come by and see if they could adjust the AC or reclean any areas missed. We cannot promise that nothing will ever get missed, but we do promise that if we are notified, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please come back and and try one of our eleven villas in the area and we'll make sure we do a better job!

Myself and husband, seniors, our adult daughter and her husband and their two children ages 2 and 6 stayed here for two weeks in February. Our host Gerry was very easy to reach and was able to accommodate us when we needed to arrive a day early. We especially appreciated the child proofing around the pool. We had paid extra to have the pool heated, and it was heated so well we had to ask to have the temperature turned down a bit. We really enjoyed the pool and the privacy of the lanai. The house was exactly as pictured. We would rent this house again without hesitation.
