We loved our stay at Funtastic Getaway! The pool and spa were relaxing and our daughter loved the game room. The house was clean, even roomier than we needed, had lots of amenities and the owner was easily accessible and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Communication and check in was easy and reliable. The kids loved the play room and the themed bedrooms. The pool was warm and fun. The hot tub was also amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.🥰 We all had a wonderful time in the villa. Lovely and clean. I found the kitchen amazing. The utensils in the kitchen are perfect for any needs. The highlight for us, was the games room. Wow! How out of this world!!! We all loved it. Hours spent at night when the rain was persistent. The villa is lovely, fully stocked. Clean and loads of fun. The host is very attentive.My feedback - The pool lanai area needs a good clean and a refurb. Sadly the pool furniture needs a clean/replaced as it smells damp. Thankfully, it wasn't the best weather to lie out... do you lie and sunbathe when you are there for theme parks?The villa is wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Thanks Catherine! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The pool deck was painted and all the pool furniture replaced less than two years ago. The fabric is an outdoor fabric meant to be left out, but we do get a lot of rain in Florida. It is possible that if you did not have any sunny days to fully dry out the cushions, then they might smell a little musty. We will check them and see. The property was a great value for the price! We've stayed in similar homes for a lot more money. The house was as described. We were a family of 6 ( 3 adults & 3 kids ages 5, 7, & 9 ). The kids LOVED the arcade room and the swimming pool with heated jacuzzi. The neighborhood felt safe and conveniently located near restaurants, Margaritaville Resort and a Walmart. Gerry was easy to communicate with and gave good instructions/info. We would definitely recommend!

The house was great! So much fun! Communication with host was easy and he was quick to answer any and all questions.. You couldn’t ask for better place stay with your family for a vacation.. we would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends..

Great location, games room is out of this world. Four good sized bedrooms and a great hot tub, for those relaxing moments.There were a few minor points which were all addressed within a few minutes, great response.There was a nice touch on arrival, a Christmas tree.In short, great location, good villa, great service.

Everything was wonderful! This place was perfect for two families of 4. Close to everything amusement park wise. Game room was definitely used a lot. Communication was more than excellent. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were key. The pool itself needs an update but still usable. Neighborhood was wonderful and safe. We made good use of the community pool and mini golf. Would definitely stay here again!!

The best!

Host was on top of all things needed, communication was excellent, directions were clear for what needed done prior to and after arrival, clean home…the arcade was the nearest. Will recommend to anyone going to Orlando.

We absolutely loved this VRBO rental and would book it again in a heartbeat! The pool and spa were fantastic highlights, perfect for relaxing after long theme park days. Check-in at the gate was quick and easy, and we really appreciated the secure 24/7 access that made us feel safe the entire stay. The kids had an absolute blast in the well-equipped game room with pool, air hockey, and video games—keeping them entertained for hours. The location was perfect, with easy access to Disney parks, Universal, and Sea World. Everything was exactly as pictured, the beds were super comfortable, and the whole house was spotless and well-maintained. The owner even reached out to personally check on us and make sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful. The only minor suggestion would be adding a Tesla charger (especially helpful for EV owners), but that in no way takes away from how great this home truly is. Highly recommend!

There is an electric charging station at the clubhouse but I would probably go to the Supercharger at the WaWa (I think that is where it is). You can also charge your car with the 110 volt adapter at our villa at no charge. I know it is slower, but can leave it plugged in over night. There is an exterior outlet by the front door. Would stay again. Little disappointed that the resort pool closest to us was under construction. House itself is exactly as advertised and owner answered/corrected a few of our questions very quickly.
