It will be hard to overstate what we thought of our time at Garbriel's place in Ennistymon. Haran's is truly historic, unique and amazing. Walking in to the bar room you can feel the history of Haran's right away. There are so many little things of interest everywhere you look. From the glasses and bottles in the bar, to the quirky art and pictures, you feel like you could walk around the different parts of the home for hours. We loved the big bright kitchen and spent a lot of time there. The tile floors, amazing window to the back, and huge gas stove/oven made it a great place to cook, eat and hang out for our family of 5. Gabriel made sure there were a few essentials when we arrived with some snacks, pasta and a bottle of wine wating for us! The parlor room upstairs is amazing and the huge bay window overlooking the amazing town is awesome. Ennistymon itself is truly incredible. It has everything you need, and nothing you don't. It is a fun place full of great people. Cooley's and Cullinan's, were fun and memorable. Being 5 minutes from the beach, and 20-30 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher and Doolin was great for day trips. You have to go to Doolin and try the pitch and putt, even if you aren't golfers. The views of the Cliffs are unreal. Also do a Cliffs cruise! We left 2 folding camp chairs we got at Aldi's and I highly recommend you take them and sit on the rocks IN the falls at sunset!! Gabriel's place is perfect in every way. GO IF YOU CAN!
