The Firlings family has been enjoying Brewster and the Cape for over 70 years. We love that Brewster offers a "classic" Cape Cod setting where you can relax and enjoy life. The Brewster flats are unique and inviting, the bayside beaches are pristine, and the town offers many eating and drinking options

Why they chose this property

High Tide Away is tucked away on a one acre property at the end of a sandy, private lane. It offers proximity (walking or biking) to two of the Cape's most gorgeous bayside beaches - Point Of Rocks and Breakwater beach - and is conveniently located to the Brewster General Store, APT, Brewster Fish House, Chowder House, Spinnakers and much more! HTA is perfect for families, with 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house, and a finished basement/studio downstairs with futons/couches, a large flat screen TV, a kitchenette and a full bathroom and separate entrance leading to the yard. The finished basement is ideal for teenagers or older children.
