Beautiful property

Very nice house well appointed. Pool is very nice. Jacuzzi does not heat which is a little disappointing. The owners were really nice and included nice welcoming gifts.

We enjoyed our stay overall - the villa has a fantastic layout and the pool area is wonderful. However, several maintenance and billing issues let the experience down.The decking was in a poor condition and not safe for bare feet, the BBQ was too rusted to use, and one bedroom had a persistent, unpleasant odour. Storage was also an issue, as some wardrobes and kitchen cupboards were filled with personal belongings, clothes, and store cupboard food, leaving little room for our own items.Finally, there was significant confusion regarding extra charges for cleaning, linen, and towels, leading to an incorrect double charge that proved very difficult to resolve. We are very grateful to Vrbo support who were brilliant in resolving the billing issues.With better upkeep, clearer billing, and a proper declutter, this could be an exceptional property.
