Villa in a small haven of peace

A real haven of peace, the villa is located in the centre of St Aubin de Médoc, a "nature" village, in a very quiet street, without vis-à-vis, a stone's throw from the shops.
The location of the villa is a strategic place to fully enjoy our wonderful Bordeaux region.
You can go for many walks and visits between Bordeaux, an UNESCO World Heritage Site 15 km away, the Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret about 45 minutes away and the beach of Lacanau 35 minutes away.
You will have access from the centre to many cycle paths that can seduce you in the middle of the forest and to the golf course 4 km away.
Walking access to all public transport (city buses) to reach the centre of Bordeaux as well as the tram stop 6 km away.
You can also enjoy the garden with its swimming pool and its large wooden terrace, out of sight in a very quiet setting. A cosy outdoor lounge for aperitifs and a barbecue are at your disposal.
All the comforts are provided: garden furniture, deckchair, outdoor dining table, pool robot.
Inside the villa, you will find a large living / dining room with fully equipped open kitchen. You will have access to fibre thanks to the free Wifi code.

Just finished our week long stay. Very clean and check in was smooth. Fantastic pool which was used everyday. Bernardi is a great host and very responsive with any queries. We think it would benefit from less of the owner’s belongings within the property and maybe in these higher temperatures, air-con would be a great addition.Otherwise, would recommend for anyone to stay, you’re surrounded by vineyards!

Formidable séjour du côté du médoc.La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et tout équipée. Nous avons passé un séjour génial. La piscine est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé la semaine à nous baigner et à faire des barbecues. Hugues et sa compagne ont été des hôtes disponibles, accueillants, et d’une sympathie comme rarement nous avons vu. Encore merci à eux pour cet accueil et bravo pour cette maison.Nous recommandons vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus du voyage.
