Gorgeous villa in fabulous Mal Pas/Bonaire

The check-in instructions were clear and simple, the villa itself is high quality accommodation for our group of 8 senior adults, the eventual responsiveness regarding the pool issue was exceptional. As BeBreeze know, the situation with the pool was serious, and had we been for example a family with children counting on spending many hours in the pool it was catastrophic. If I was running BeBreeze, I would want to know how the pool reached such a bad condition without being reported. Secondly, the initial reply from Tolo to my message was at best ill-advised, based on wrong information, misleading, and potentially harmful to our health and safety. It was only because I had owned a pool in Florida that we recognised the situation was serious. However, other than that the speed of response was first class, the pool service staff were courteous and attentive, and the 10% refund offered very much appreciated (although not yet seeing it on my credit card). A minor suggestion, which I previously messaged about before our arrival. The exact location of the villa is shown differently depending on whether you use the Map blue house option or the more detailed (and accurate) GPS/ Google link instructions. The blue house Map location on my Samsung android phone is across the road junction on the other side.

Wonderful October’s stay

I had a really good time staying with my colleagues at the house. It’s really beautiful and clean, everyone had their own bathroom. Amazing terrace with a pool, and a garden. I don’t have any comments here! No need to improve anything

Such a nice place to stay !

Really nice house, big and comfort. A lot of places in the house and outside, with a lot of trees. Everything was perfect and nothing was missing. The pool is really nice and clean. Thank you for this nice place, we will recommend it ! The organisation is not so easy and clear for the paiement, and I can't had an answer when I called you in the airport.

Wunderschöne Finca in ruhiger Lage,traumhaft!
