Rented the “Brewster Barn” for the month of July and enjoyed it immensely. Ideally located on picturesque 6A, high hedges protect the property from traffic noise. Well furnished and equipped, it made an ideal home away from home. Handy to beaches, great walking trails and shopping.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this quaint historic home that was once a barn. Our property owner had stocked the home with everything we could possibly need for our stay and the beautiful views from the back of the home and deck were absolutely breath taking. It was a comfortable, very clean, inviting place to enjoy the Cape. We would come back!!

Anita was a pleasure to host! Great communication and took wonderful care of our special property.
Too hot in Texas this summer so spent a month on Cape. Great facility overlooking marsh. Terrific hosts with everything needed for our stay. Enjoyed the deck with views of the bay and Quivett Creek. Convenient location to rest of Cape. Very relaxing. Thank you ….
Our stay at The Barn was everything we had hoped. The setting overlooking Quivett Marsh is spectacular - morning, noon and evening sunsets. The converted barn is filled with light and is beautifully furnished with interesting antiques and lots of comfortable seating. Although there are houses on either side of the property, very lush greenery keeps them hidden and we felt we had total privacy. Proximity to lots of fabulous nature hikes, birding spots, beaches, and shops made for a perfect location. And the house is very close to some of the best restaurants and bakeries on Cape Cod. A real gem!
The property was exactly as we expected - breathtaking view from back deck. Beautiful back garden. The house was very clean, had soft, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well-equipped with nice cookware and all the utensils needed. We cooked and grilled very comfortably. The house is dog-friendly, which is why we selected it. It’s also very close (short drives) to Crowe’s Pasture beach and Nickerson State Park, which are both dog-friendly. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Would book again in the future.
We loved our view of Quivet Creek/Crowe’s Pasture and its sunsets from the rear windows. The two stories of bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms worked well for the five of us. The washer/dryer was very convenient, as was the large front parking lot.
I spent the past week at this beautiful property in Brewster and I was so sad to leave! The home is conveniently located to many great restaurants in Brewster. It was also easy to travel to various beaches and sites on the upper cape. The house was very clean, comfortable and secure. It’s beautifully decorated and outfitted with all the conveniences you could possibly need. I look forward to returning sometime soon!
Had a wonderful stay at this lovely antique filled restored barn! Very comfortable with all the amenities! The beds were comfortable and towels high quality. The house was clearly furnished by a decorator, but it was not the kind of place where you were afraid to touch anything. 2 different sitting areas for relaxing but we spent most time on the deck enjoying the wonderful view of the marsh and river and the wildlife- hummingbirds and bunnies! The local area had lots to do- biking, kayaking and a dog friendly beach to name a few. Lots of great places to eat nearby with recommendations from the hosts. One unexpected bonus was the large parking area which was helpful when we had visitors. Host was very responsive when we had some minor issues with one of the TVs.
