About this property

Gone Coastal! 2 from oceanfront! Central air!

This view! The villa is 2 back from oceanfront and it has a wide gorgeous view of the ocean. Listen to the waves and enjoy INCREDIBLE VIEWS from the balcony of this top floor villa with a panoramic west facing view. The linens, towels and bedding are high quality and we have central air that was replaced in 2020. We have Spectrum cable and the tvs are smart if you would like to watch your streaming channels.

Queen bed in the bedroom with flat screen TV, 2 small bunks in the hallway for smaller children (there is a door in the hallway to make it a private room if the kids go to sleep early). It is best suited for couples or a family of four. The living room has a 50" Smart TV and a sleeper sofa. High speed internet in the villa and at the pool. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook meals.

*We will provide a pack and play if requested.

Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex just two blocks down the beach from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut.


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something special.

Weekend getaway

Quick weekend getaway before the holiday rush hit. We’ve stayed at Seaside multiple times and this unit did not disappoint. Great ocean views! Cold AC and comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen, even beach chairs. Would return!

Relaxing, great location.

We had a great stay! It was plenty of room for the two of us. The location is great as it’s right down the street from Coligny and a short drive to Harbor Town. The walk to the beach was very short and we enjoyed the pool as well. It was a great long weekend!

The condo is in a fantastic location with easy parking, great views, and easy access to the beach and pool. It was extremely humid during our stay, so the condo stayed pretty humid as well. Very functional space for 2 people.

Perfect little getaway

The condo was perfect for myself and my 2 teens. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the host was great. We had zero issues. The location is perfect, super close walking distance to coligny beach and plaza. The condo was ready for us even before check in and the instructions were very easy to follow. We spend every night on the balcony enjoying the breeze. 10 out of 10 recommend staying here.

Girls trip the right way

My cousin & I brought our moms, age 77 and 80, on a girls trip. This property was perfect! We loved our stay and they want to stay here next year. Convenient to so much. The property was clean. Good sized. Well equiped. And our owner left us a treat box and a note welcoming us and thanking us for staying. It. Was. Amazing!

Budget property with nice location

I knew this place was going to be small and nothing fancy and overall it suited our needs. I didn't love how we had to stop along the way to get our check in info and fob. Our GPS was having a having a hard time finding the business we needed to stop at to get them. However when I called Kendall she called right back and helped us find it. The location and view from the balcony were great. A nice view of the ocean, easy walk to the beach and Coligny. The unit could use some updating and it was a tight fit for my family of 4. Overall all it's a small, tired unit but with a great location and price.

Sorry your GPS wasn't working, joys of modern technology! But glad I was able to get you your instructions quickly. This condo does need some updating and is priced according with the incredible view it provides. The owners had to buy a new AC unit this year so unfortunately some of the updating they had planned will be put off until off season. But they just purchased a new sleeper sofa and the is very clean! Hopefully you can stay again when the updating is complete!
