Welcome to your coastal retreat at Seaside Villas on South Forest Beach. This updated 1-bedroom condo offers a relaxed, beachy feel with modern finishes and a private balcony where you can enjoy ocean views through the trees and refreshing sea breezes. Two stylish beach bikes are included!

Inside, the condo features wood-look LVP flooring throughout, soft coastal colors, and an open living space designed for comfort. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, accent chair, large wall-mounted TV, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. The dining area seats two and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, updated cabinetry, butcher-block counters, and subway tile backsplash — perfect for easy meals after a day at the beach. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

The bedroom offers a king bed, stylish woven headboard, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage. The bathroom is clean and bright with beadboard accents, updated vanity, and a tub/shower combo.

Step outside and you’re just seconds from Hilton Head’s most popular beach access, plus an unbeatable location next to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, live music, and entertainment all within walking distance. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice section of beach that the villa is in. I wish they had a beach carpet farther out like many beaches have Poole was nice, but someone needs to take care of the sand in front of the shower was slippery at Best. The elevator was extremely hot and slow. Loved our condo like the covered parking like the, near Coligny peach so walkable to shops and restaurants. Bikes were locked and covered up units are small perfect for two great balconies. Our unit had great silverware dinnerware comfy bed. No AC in the bedroom so you need the fans on the floor and the ceiling fan.
