1930's Art Deco cottage located in one of Downtown Orlando's premier locations. The Cottages at Lake Davis have been featured in many calendars and magazines for having a Miami charm. This cottage features terrazzo floors in the living and bedrooms, high ceilings, central air and heat, built-in dresser in each bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Live in one of downtown's most unique properties, walking distance to most of Downtown Orlando and Thornton Park's restaurants, shopping, and offices.

The Lake Davis Experience

This cottage is very comfortable and fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with any thing you could possibly need, the bed was very comfy, and it is furnished very nicely, even has books to read. It's close to many restaurants and shopping. I am an 80 year old woman traveling alone and felt very safe here. Jeff is a wonderful host. He was quick to reply to any questions I had and very patient explaining what to do when I had trouble with the tv. I was worried about getting into the shower and he kindly had a grab bar installed for me to make it easier and safer to step in and out. There is a lovely view of the lake, walking paths and benches to sit on and enjoy the scenery. Fun for young and old!
