Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is the nicest neighborhood in the area. There are many historic homes in the neighborhood. We have a path from our road that leads to a church with a basketball goal and playground. Plenty of room for biking and roller skating/roller blading. Lots of nice seating areas. Good place to run. We treat it like a park. Low traffic area... we are on a dead end street. Lots of privacy. Friendly, quiet neighbors. Lots of wildlife... deer come into the yard. Police, fire, and rescue are all VERY close.
What makes this property unique
This property was totally gutted and renovated from July 2019-November 2019. You will be staying in a fresh, new space! Dead end street. Very quiet. We live in one of the premier neighborhoods in Charlottesville... North Downtown. We are 0.9 miles from the Sprint Pavilion on the Downtown Pedestrian Mall. 1.4 miles from the heart of Belmont. 2 miles from Martha Jefferson Hospital. 2.3 miles from the University of Virginia. 0.8 miles from S & P Global. We are 1.1 miles from the Downtown Transit Center. We have many bus stops 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 miles from our house. Lime Micromobility has bikes and scooters sitting out everywhere. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Amtrak is 1.5 miles away. Greyhound is 1.3 miles away. CHO is 7 miles away.
