There is a reason guests keep coming back to the quiet area of Crescent Beach—it’s where the crowds fade away and the relaxation begins. This 4th-floor balcony suite is a burst of Florida sunshine, designed to be your home-away-from-home.

Start your morning with a breeze on the balcony, and end it by drifting off on a plush Serta mattress. With tiled floors for that clean coastal feel, an updated bathroom for a spa-like refresh, and a kitchen ready for a home-cooked meal, every detail has been curated for your comfort.

Living Area: New queen sleeper sofa and club chair, and a large flat-screen TV.

Sleeping: Private tiled bedroom with a high-end Queen Serta mattress and 26” TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, oven, and all the essentials.

Bathroom: Tub/shower combo and updated vanity.

Location: 4th floor (Top Floor) – Directly Oceanfront.

Note: To keep our space pristine for all guests, we are a pet-free property. Primary renter must be 21+. There is elevator access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect. Every morning, we watched the sun come up over the ocean and then took a long walk on the beach. There's a great seafood market not far down the road, and we made delicious meals, starring flounder, crab cakes, and sea scallops. I do wish there were recycling bins for bottles and cans.

The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower. Tub surface was very slippery, no grab bars, water temp was prone to going from pleasantly warm to lobster scalding hot without warning. Easy solutions - provide a bath mat, install grab bar, turn down the water heater. All in all, would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's before, and have always loved it! The beach location is perfect for enjoying the views day and night, and the boardwalk offers easy access to the beach for walks and other recreation. Parking was fine, and it was helpful to have carts available for taking our belongings up to our condo via ramp and elevator. We were very happy with our rented condo- a little bit shopworn, but well arranged, stocked with basic appliances and amenities. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean when we arrived. Office staff are outstanding- so helpful and patient with questions! We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful, and many guests enjoyed it during our stay. We will come back!

3 day getaway

Overall experience was not so great.Housekeeping never came during our stay. Had to go get towels and washcloths from downstairs ourselves on the 1st day. On the 2nd day we were told there were no clean washcloths available. The mattress on pullout sofa is in terrible shape. We had to go buy a mattress topper before we could lay on it due to the springs coming thru. Also, very hard to get a comfortable water temperature in the shower because faucet needs to be replaced
