Villa of 180 m² with swimming pool, sleeps 6, 15 minutes south of Aix-en-Provence
15 min south of Aix-en-Provence, in the town of Fuveau, house rental for the summer holidays from August 1 to 15, 2020.
The house is recent (2008), located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by greenery on a green and wooded plot of 2,000 m² with new swimming pool (2017) and close to all amenities.
Surface of 180 m² composed on the ground floor of an open kitchen, a large living room with exposed beams with air conditioning, a veranda-dining room, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds - a 140 bed), a '' a bathroom with bath, a shower room and an equipped laundry room.
Upstairs is the master suite with a 160 cm bed and its bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside, in addition to the swimming pool with exotic wooden terrace, you can also enjoy a large shaded terrace and the gas plancha.
