The Belleair Beach House- Private pool, right on the beach- sleeps 12

The newly renovated Belleair Beach House offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the first floor and the second story balcony. Including a private pool, the property is located on a quiet beach with opportunities to paddle board, fish, and catch a glimpse of the dolphins swimming close by. The main house includes a primary bedroom suite with a sitting room, king bed and a full bath with a soaking tub. Additionally, there are 2 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. On the main floor, a full-sized kitchen opens up to the dining room, living room and breakfast nook, all with views of the water. A game room with a pool table and futon is also located on the 1st floor, as well as a full bath and laundry room. A separate guest house above the 2 car garage has two queen beds, a futon sofa, walk-in closet, a sitting area with a tv, and a small fridge and microwave. Located nearby are attractions such as the Clearwater Aquarium, world class golf resorts, Pier 60 and fine and casual dining. Disney World is 1 hour and 45 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is a 40 minute drive.

Perfect!

The house was clean, spacious, & newly furnished. The beachfront location at this beach was perfection. There were no crowds and the water was warm and calm. Great for swimming and beach walking. The house had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels too. Kitchen was well furnished. Short drive to many restaurants.

Perfect vacation

The house was clean, had everything we needed and more! Great location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater, but a quick and easy trip to good restaurants and fun. The kids loved the pool, and there’s nothing better than being able to walk right out onto the beach. Perfect views and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Take me back!

Perfect Paradise

Gorgeous property with all the amenities and beautiful views. Relaxing paradise perfect for family getaway. Conveniently located to many restaurants but away from the hustle of more congested beach areas. Highly recommend!

The view of the ocean when we walked through the doors was amazing! The house was everything we thought it would be! The house was very accommodating to my family of nine and we loved having a more secluded beach. Joanie was great to work with when we arrived also!

Went with my sisters and niece. Such a pretty place. Beautiful rooms, most amazing sunsets that we watched from the pool a couple nights! Beach is right out your back door. Does not disappoint!

Absolutely beautiful!

Went with family, 3 college aged kids and my husband. House was big, girls had their own quarters above garage, which was nice for them and us. View was amazing, right on beach. Close to stores/restaurants. Pool and pool deck were small, but good enough to cool off after being at beach. Overall, had a great trip!

Always Beautiful!

You really can’t beat this place! My mom and I have been coming here for quite a few years now, and plan on coming back every year! It’s always clean. The beds are comfortable. You literally walk out the back door to the pool then there’s the beach! And the location?! AMAZING!! You won’t regret staying here! And Joanie, the property manager is the sweetest lady ever!!

Perfect units for a family reunion

Joanie and her team made the check in process so easy and were so responsive to our questions or needs. The location is stunning and we even walked the 1.7 miles to the nearby shopping and restaurants a few times. We will definitely be returning for the soft sand, sunsets, private pools, and comfortable, lux accommodations. Even the tiny Dove soaps and hair products were better quality than high end hotels! I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could.

Perfectly Convenient

What an amazing location! Only 5 minutes from the city of Clearwater but the beach is so empty its like you are on your own private island. The owner is making a lot of improvements to the home and when completed it will be amazing! 10 adults and 1 child fit perfectly here and the place was spotless when we arrived!

Great family vacation

Location is perfect. The view from the house is stunning and we enjoyed having a pool right out back that also had a view. The beach is quiet and beautiful. House felt spacious for our family group of 7. It was nice to have the apartment over the garage to put the family with the 3 year old. Joanie, the manager, was responsive to our needs when we needed her. Thanks!

Fabulous Family Retreat

We had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and full of light. It’s clean and the kitchen is pretty well equipped so we cooked almost every night including using the grill. The grocery store is close enough to be easy but the neighborhood is very quiet without tourist-type shops. The beach was fabulous and we spent a lot of time there, in the gentle waves of the gulf, and also in the pool which was heated to a pleasant temperature. The view cannot be beat and it was very, very hard to go home. What a vacation!!!

Impressive Belleair Beach Home

Beach access for morning walks + crashing wave sounds + beautiful home = an amazing getaway for my family to visit our family in Belleair! We enjoyed being outside during the day and returning to the house to relax and pool tournaments! We enjoyed the use of the pool table! The house’s design allows for people to gather to play cards, to swim, to play pool and to enjoy a glass of wine without being on top of each other. We definitely recommend the house and the superb communication with the owners and the property manager!

Queens of Bellaire

Perfect beach front vacation house! There’s nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee walking the beach and a glass of wine watching those breathtaking sunsets! This home had everything! Every bedroom had a comfortable king beds in the main house. Teen space above garage was perfect for our daughters to have their own space. We were pleases to find the house had everything needed from a Weber gas grill, lots of beach chairs, beach towels and even a crock pot for quick carefree meals. We loved that it was 3 miles from all the downtown Clearwater activities but completely enjoyed the quieter atmosphere away from crowds. Thanks again this house was amazing!

Love this place!

This is our 5th time staying at this house. The new owners have made some major upgrades! The master bathroom has a new beautiful walk in shower and a nice soaking tub. New sliding doors on the master balcony and the downstairs pool area. It’s always nice when you rent a house and it’s spotless! The only thing I would’ve changed in the upgrades is the leather couch and loveseat. They look really pretty but are sooooo uncomfortable! But I guess if that’s the only thing I have to complain about..... Joanie, the property manager was always just a text or phone call away to answer any questions we had. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels and even a few inflatables and noodles! All in all, I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a more secluded beach area. You won’t be sorry!

Family Vacation to Clearwater

We took our kids and grandkids to Clearwater for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our crew, and the location was wonderful!! The grandchildren loved the pool, and the beach is just steps away!! The whole family enjoyed it!! Memories to last a lifetime! The only downfall we had was that the keys were not where they were supposed to be, but the property manager was very responsive and drove the extra set of keys to us. It all worked out great! We hope to come again!!
