The main level boasts three bedrooms, two baths, a spacious great room, and an inviting dining area. Downstairs, discover a cozy one bedroom, one bath "mother-in-law" suite with its own private ground-level entry.

Embrace the outdoors with a covered porch, a sun-soaked deck, and the convenience of an outdoor beach shower for post-beach days. A backyard grill sets the scene for delightful cookouts. Please note, this is a non-smoking haven, and motorcycles are not allowed.

Lumley house

The house is very spacious with all kind of room and plenty of sitting room. The house does need some upgrades but the location is close to the beach. I would definitely recommend the house, it has a huge deck with all kind of room.

Great location, average property

Best part is that Location of property is fantastic, 2-3 mins walk to beach, Located in very good neighborhood. Rest is average to below average. Biggest disappointment was that it is published as 4 bed 3 bath unit however 1 bed and 1 bath is on first floor as a completely separate unit with no internal access from second floor so if you are going with family, you get 2 bath 3 bed only.

Horrible

The outlets were broken, our charging cords would not stay inside the outlets. Peanut brittle it looked like melted on the floor in the room downstairs not even cleaned up. Food under the beds upstairs, tv downstairs didn’t work, shower door wouldn’t shut, poor water pressure. Everything was so outdated. I would not recommend this house. If your looking for a cheap getaway this is it, but with no pool it was NOT fun! Grass wasn’t even mowed, doors didn’t shut. The list goes on and on.

A nice place to stay just accross the beach

The property is very neat and clean with all amenities. The beach is just accross the street. The kitchen is fully equiped and just bring your stuff and start cooking. Living and dining area are quite large.

Nice location, but very outdated

This is literally a 3 min walk to the beach and was clean. However, most of the furniture is broken and does not always match. The place is so old the electrical sockets do not accept 3 prongs on the plugs. The wood frames are rotted around exterior doors so the screen doors no longer sit properly nor nor do they latch. I called maintenance for 4 days to get them to replace the mechanism on the front door that a storm blew open permanently. I should have only had to call once to report. The number of sleeping and parking accommodations make it bearable. Just know going in that it is much cheaper for a reason and. needs major TLC. I usually don’t even write reviews, but people need to know that this home owner may want to invest back into the home.
