Propriétaire très sympathique, très compréhensif. La maison est très calme en campagne. La route est un peu étroite. La région est très belle avec beaucoup de choses à visiter. Si je dois revenir je ne manquerai pas de faire appel de nouveau à Mr DE Oliveira

Excellent

Le logement est de style rustique, pas très grand mais fonctionnel, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Il est situé au calme et plongé dans la nature. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les points d'intérêt. Un grand avantage (pour Sarlat) est le parking privé et en plus le hôte est très sympathique.

location moyenne pour le prix demande et qui évolue toutes les semaines,?????

Comment se fait il que le prix de la location change toutes les semaines? Une fois le contrat acté le proprietaire nous a contacté en nous disant que le tarif n etait pas le bon et il nous a demandé de lui versé pres de 100euros soi disant que l erreur venait de votre Part!!!! IL y a bien un lit mais PAS DE CHAMBRE!!!!!!! Il n y a qu une piece a vivre!!!!!!

Appartement efficace, pas de superflue. Un propriétaire arrangeant et disponible. Petit conseil pour les futures locataires, pensez aux prises anti-moustique car la région en est rempli :)
