The place was perfect for our stay and arrangements were seamless...there were a few broken items in the house that needed repair (closet doors off, tp holder and a few towel racks broken or missing) The kids were disappointed with the lack of gaming in the bonus room, the remotes didn't work even after changing out batteries, they were unable to play their games or access the football games that they were anticipating. (big kids too). Other than those few things, our stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked and most beds were comfortable. We would come again. Thank you!

Good location, great layout. We did see a mouse in the kitchen and there were mouse droppings in the pantry. The AC unit needs service. It did not adequately cool the upstairs.

Great property with some neglected maintenance

The location and layout of this property was perfect for our family reunion. We had my elderly parents (ages 80) and 3 families with school-aged children for a total of 14 people. Each family was able to have their own space, plus plenty of common areas for the kids and adults to hang out. Convenient location to downtown with walking trails directly behind the home. There are issues with maintenance of the property for guests. Upon arrival, the home was over 80 degrees and it took a few hours to cool using box fans and opening all the windows as night fell. I don’t think anyone adjusted the thermostat to turn on the AC before we arrived. We were given only 6 bath towels although the reservation was for 14 and there were no extras in the closets. We waited 24 hours to receive enough bath towels for guests. The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash dishes throughout the week. One of our kids climbed to a top bunk using the ladder and almost fell because it wasn’t secured and slipped away from the bed (the hooks had been bent from previous guests and not checked). The laundry machine had mold inside the drum and door gasket so we needed to clean it with bleach before using.

Fantastic home near downtown Bend

This house was amazing for our group of 10 golfers. We had plenty of room for our golf clubs, a large and welcoming kitchen and living room, and a great backyard for enjoying the sun.

Beautiful home in a great location

Came for a one week ski trip with a group of 10. There was plenty of space inside the home for us to hang out, work, cook, and eat together. We had a wonderful time. This home is at a great location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Loved the walking trails right next to it. Downtown and plenty of restaurant options within 10 minutes driving too.

Great house in a lovely neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful, and the house was very clean and as advertised. The only unfortunate circumstance was that we were so busy with outdoor activities in Bend that we hardly spent any time in this lovely home.

Great big geoup home

Bring the whole group! Lots of room for everyone - plenty of beds and baths for our group of 14 and no one was on a couch or in main common areas. Might be a little tougher if a large group is all couples because there are several bunk beds that fulfill the large occupancy. There is a big bonus room/living room upstairs with the one bunk and couch that you see in the pictures. We didn't use that for the group, just as a bedroom but would be a fun play room for a big group with younger kids too. We were all adults and spent most of our time in all the downstairs common areas. There's one bedroom downstairs, rest are up. It is a FULL flight of stairs, in addition to the full flight up to the front door so if stairs are a concern for your group, take note. Kitchen was outfitted decently, nice appliances/fixtures, plenty of plates and silverware for the big group, not enough glassware though, luckily, we had brought disposable cups in case and cookware and cooking utensils are pretty tired but functional. Backyard is smaller than i expected but was too wet/cold to enjoy this weekend anyway. The walking trail is QUITE close - almost a little too close, if you like your privacy you'll just have to keep the binds closed, however, the view of the trees out the back is beautiful. I definitely recommend this property if you have a large geoup that would like to hang out together. We didnt walk anywhere but everything we did was within just a few miles.

Nice space, but bad AC upstairs

We had some issues with this property. The AC barely worked in the upstairs bedrooms, and all bedrooms but 1 were upstairs. The garbage disposal was broken when we arrived, so kitchen sink was backing up. They did come to fix it which was good, but it was a hassle. There was a sign on the single upstairs bathroom that’s said not to use it. This was problematic while a large group was getting ready for a wedding…eventually they said it was fine to use, but this was also annoying to resolve. Overall, too expensive of a property for this many issues in a short trip.

Perfect location!! Close to downtown, old mill district, park and float and great walking/ biking trails. We had plenty of space to play games, relax, eat meals together and celebrate our friends getting married next month. Everyone one fit comfortably in the rooms. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and spices which was perfect for feeding a large group multiple times during the weekend. Overall loved the house and would definitely recommend large groups to stay here.

The house had plenty of room for 11 adult friends and family. Great location - walking distance to several pubs and wine bars and biking distance from Phil's Trails with paved bike/walk paths right out the door.

Ski Vacation

We really appreciated the location of this house. It was just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. The house was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could have been a little better. The dishwasher needs to be updated and repaired and the pans are a little old and could be replaced. Otherwise, this was a really great stay.
