The cabin was in a great location, close to everything but still felt secluded. We saw a bear a couple of times so that was an added bonus! Plently of space to spread out. My only complaint is that I didn't get to stay longer.

The cabin was lovely and in a great location. Close to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to have privacy. Very clean and comfortable. We saw multiple bears everyday at our cabin. One even scratched at the backdoor and looked in the window. This was our favorite visit to Gatlinburg. We will plan to come back soon.

The host was phenomenal to work with and very informative about what to look out for while we were there. The stay in the cabin was nice. We had 5 adults and 2 kids for our stay and we all fit very comfortably. My only real complaint is the beds are pretty hard and the couches were tough to operate and sometimes couldn't operate at all which, at the end of a long day in town, was a bummer to have to fight just for it to potentially not work. Location was awesome. We were a 5 minute drive from the heart of Gatlinburg while still being secluded. All in all a great trip.

We’re glad to hear your group had a comfortable stay, enjoyed the location, and appreciated being so close to downtown Gatlinburg while still having that secluded mountain feel. We certainly understand that everyone has a different preference when it comes to mattresses. We chose a firmer mattress for durability and support, and we continually receive positive feedback from guests about the comfort of our beds, though we completely understand that a firmer mattress isn’t everyone’s preference. We also really appreciate you letting us know about the difficulty with the reclining couches. These are newer couches with recliners on each end, so they should be operating properly. We have already contacted the furniture company, and have scheduled some to come out this week for a maintenance check to make sure everything is working as it should. Feedback like yours is very helpful because it gives us the opportunity to address things we may not otherwise know about. We truly appreciate our guests helping us continually improve, and we’re so glad that overall you had a great trip. Thank you for staying with us!

We had an amazing time at the cabin! We saw bears (adults, moms & cubs, teens) every day, starting from day 1! The cabin was perfect for my family's needs - we were able to hang out, watch tv, play pool, and just relax. It was nice to be close to downtown Gatlinburg but also feel secluded/in the woods. Honestly, we came for bears and were beyond thrilled with our daily sightings. Communication with Stephanie was quick and easy, and we appreciated the fast responses. Our family wholeheartedly recommends this cabin/these hosts. We're already looking forward to returning in the future!
