Custom-built in 2014, adjacent to the PEI National Park, sleeps 4, and boasts more than 1600 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths.
Guests will find the unique décor including an authentic 8ft fishing dory hanging from the ceiling in the loft area, and lobster traps which have been re-purposed as a kitchen pot rack.
In the spacious and bright gourmet kitchen, guests will find an abundance of custom maple cabinetry, quartz counter tops, 4 stainless steel appliances, a full compliment of small appliances by Kitchen Aid and Cuisinart, and a wide selection of PEI's own Paderno pots. Guests will enjoy dining at a kitchen Island that seats 6 in an open concept kitchen/living room area.
Main floor washroom: 4 piece complete with front load washer and dryer and laundry sink. Second floor 2 piece washroom.
Living Room: sofa, love seat, armchair, lamps, an entertainment center with a 60 inch flat screen TV. Cozy up to the propane fireplace on a rainy / cool evenings. Loft sitting room: sofa, 2 armchairs, lamps, and flat screen TV.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, Stearns and Foster mattress set, down pillows, bed linens, large closet, dresser, ceiling fan, wooden blinds, luggage rack, lockable door handle, and extra blankets. Bedroom #2: Queen size Bed, Stearns and Foster mattress set, down pillows, bed linens, large closet, dresser, ceiling fan, wooden blinds, luggage rack, lockable door handle, and extra blankets. Bedroom #3: Skylight, 2 twin beds, Stearns and Foster mattress set, down pillows, bed linens, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, luggage rack, lockable door handle, and extra blankets.
Air conditioning (2 heat pumps, one on each floor). Electric baseboard heat in each room. 2 flat screen TVs: in living room and 2nd floor loft. All flooring throughout entire cottage is durable ceramic tile.
Entertainment: Books, board games, music & video library. TV service and Wifi provided.
Deck complete with Adirondack chairs and tables. Outdoor propane BBQ. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, side by side. A PEI National Park vehicle pass is included for tenant use, and is to be respectfully left in the cottage for the next guests. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.
Nearby golf courses: Green Gables, Eagles Glenn, Andersons Creek, Forest Hills, Glasgow Hills, and Red Sands.
This cottage is located within a 'cottage community development' with other adjacent cottages and like-minded users.
Sorry, no children. This is an adult only rental. The cottage has stairs to the upper level with no protection gate. No access to the garage.

Very comfortable and quiet accommodations. Central to many seafood restaurants. Loved the kitchen and every possible appliance was available including an ice cream maker :)
This rental was is an excellent location to explore the island and was by far the most well appointed and clean rental that I have ever rented! Highly recommend!
Neil’s place was very well stocked with anything we could have thought of needing. A wonderful quiet area and very close to all amenities. The cottage is decorated charmingly and feels like home. We were even fortunate to see the aurora lights over the ocean. We will be returning in the future.
We had an amazing time on PEI. This property was one of the best we have ever stayed. The home is beautiful and cozy, such a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Our hosts were easily contacted and very quick to respond.

Everything about this house was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything one could imagine or need. We also so appreciated the DVD’s and CD’s and the gas fireplace for early mornings. The location is also great! The owners left us a delightful welcome gift too. And they were very quick to answer questions. We would definitely make a return visit!

We loved our stay at your Beautiful Cottage. Very Spacious, Very Clean and in a Great location. The beds are so comfortable it was like a home away from home. Fully stocked with all of the amenities you need and the washer/dryer were a great addition. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay and we will definitely be back.

The owners have supplied everything you need in this beautifully furnished and spotless home. The ocean views were fantastic and the location made it easy to get to other parts of the island by car. We had one small issue which the owners quickly resolved. Would loved to have stayed longer!
The vacation home was all that was promised in the listing. We arrived to find a well appointed home with all of the amenities that was clean and luxurious. A great vacation getaway with a location to match. The welcome gift was a great touch.
The cottage was beautiful well decorated and well supplied. Communication with host prompt. A lovely gift was waiting for us upon arrival much appreciated. Area nice and quiet.
We did not want to leave! The home had everything you could possibly want and more. There were gifts for us when we entered. The home was exactly as described- clean, beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed sunsets and water views from the back deck. The stars were amazing. Thank you so much!
Location of the house is walking (25mins) from Cavendish amazing beach. Great location for bikes as there is a bike trail starting next to the house to enjoy many beaches. House was very cleaned, very well maintained and full equiped. We stayed there for a full week and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Communication with Neil (the owner) was excellent and everything has been as expected and described.
Really nice home and thanks to the owners for having shared with us their place!

PEI National Park pass included.
