A portable wheelchair ramp is available if needed to enter the two steps at the entrance of the home. This home is located on a large cove with a large covered dock with large fenced in seating area. You can easily tie your boat or jet ski to the dock. Great fishing off the dock and a rope swing when you need to cool off! In addition to the rope swing, there is a canoe to enjoy in the cove. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the large deck with a fire pit and outdoor cooking area with green egg, grill, and bar seating While you hang out under the covered porch, enjoy a game of bags with the kids, both included. There is a large gated yard and in ground pool. There is a large driveway that will hold 5 cars. This home is full of outdoor activities for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Amenities also include a washer and dryer in the home. This Renewed Retreat has five bedrooms. The Master bedroom houses a King size bed and bath and is located downstairs. The remaining four bedrooms and a large game room are upstairs. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a mini crib, located next to a full size bathroom. Bedroom #3, also has a queen size bed and mini crib and shares bathroom with Bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, also a full bed with twin trundle and crib with windows that look out over the lake. Bedroom # 5 has a queen size bed, twin bed with twin trundle and a crib. Bedroom # 4 and #5 share a bathroom across the hall. The large game room has sectional seating, smartTV and a pool table with a spectacular view of the lake. Downstairs along with the Master Bedroom is the living room with plenty of seating, a wood burning fireplace and TV, a large open concept kitchen with island, bar, table, and dining room overlooking the lake. There are fresh linens in the closet in the upstairs linen closet to use, and towels are provided in each bathroom. Please bring your own towels for outside use.
Enjoy the fire pit. Games of bags are available and there is a grill outside for those outdoor grilling experiences. On the property there is a two story lighthouse with two twin trundle beds that will sleep an additional four people.
